Unfortunately have to put a review because this is just sad and ridiculous. You spend $10 on a regular sandwich. You expect to get the right amount of product. Ordered extra cheese, didn’t get it, let alone barely any. Asked for mayo- no mayo. Not only that, there is absolutely barely any meat on the sandwich. Such a disappointing sandwich.

The food was super fresh and they offer gluten free sandwich buns which is a plus for me. Subway does not.

My wife wanted to order lunch. I’m not really a fan of Jersey Mike’s since the sandwiches are usually a little messy, but since my wife insisted we buy lunch for our cleaning lady who is expecting, I didn’t have much of a choice.
Service was slow, they had five people working but it took several minutes for any of them to acknowledge me.
The cleaning lady wanted a roast beef and swiss sandwich, Jersey Mike’s has a roast beef and provolone which is close enough. I asked that it be warmed up and the employee told me they cannot do that, even though he was standing in front of a sign that said “grilled fresh”.
I was told the only thing that can be warmed up is turkey and that is if you are pregnant. The employee seemed set in his ways and couldn’t provide any better explanation why the roast beef couldn’t be warmed up.
I ended up ordering sandwiches, but I am disappointed with Jersey Mike’s and their policy of only warming up turkey and nothing else. In the future if we want warm sandwiches, we will be going elsewhere.

You need more employees working on mobile orders. There is always only one person working on a whole stack of mobile orders. Every time, I have to wait 10-15 minutes after the time the order is supposed to be ready. I value my time, I wish Jersey Mikes did too.

At first my bread was not cut in half down the middle. Like top half and bottom half. As most roll are cut before the sandwich was made. What I got was more of a hypotenuse cut. Angled. Where the sandwich was fat on top on one side. Skinny wedge on the other.
The lady who did it just did not care. She looked angry.
Then skimped on the meat. Seriously. On the slicer It seemed like I only got a whisper sheets of ham.
Underwhelming. But it just was the summary of my experience there.
The second, assuming newer, girl actually did care about the vegetables which went on it. But she just put toppings on a crooked lopsided sandwich that skimped on the meat.
It’s disappointing.
Normally I cannot finish a Giant. But this time, I can and am still hungry.
Very unsatisfied.
I will not come back. Did not feel I got even remotely good value for the money I spent.

The food is very good. I just don’t understand why the franks red hot sauce was everywhere outside my sandwich. I couldn’t even pick up the sandwich without getting it everywhere on my hands. I know Jersey mikes subs can get a little sloppy but usually never this bad!I also asked for pickles on the side and never got them. Hopefully they get better over time..? First time going to this location. Not very impressed with the service. 3 Stars because the food is that good. 🙂
