I liked the sushi burrito option so much! It is filling and tasty. The service was fast. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. I also discovered an amazing combucha there with mild and fresh cherry taste.

I am never eating here again. I got insanely bad food poisoning that I am still recovering from after eating a sushi burrito from Subo. I have never experienced food poisoning like this in my life as someone who travels greatly and has eaten many cuisines around the world. I urge you to be very careful eating raw foods from this establishment.

Have been going to Subos since 2016. Food is always good. Originally, I went to Springfield, but they closed down a year ago, so I have been going to Willamette. Great customer service, ingredients always fresh. It’s a bit pricey, which could have to do with the amount of ingredients they use. I am really bummed they stopped incorporating seaweed salad in their burittos and took it away as an option. The “field greens” detract from the sushi feel for me. I know not everyone liked the seaweed salad, but for me, it was a letdown, plus they kept prices the same despite ingredient changes. Haven’t tried their fried food or other dishes, but from what I’ve seen, looks really good.

Love subo, fresh sushi in burrito style. They have great choices of subo for your choice depends on what you are in mood for today! We love their ninja and samurai. Portion is big and the sweet wasabi sauce is legit!

Subo Sushi Burrito was a complete disaster. The poke bowl was cold, the seaweed had a nasty sour taste, and the whole thing felt like it had been sitting out for hours. The spring rolls? Bland, so moist, and barely warm. For $50, this was an absolute ripoff. I’m shocked anyone thinks this is acceptable food. If I could do it over, I’d go straight to Texas Roadhouse at least they serve real food that actually tastes good and fills you up. Never coming back.
