WOW! What a cool special gem in a cool part of town. I was looking for a place to hunker down, work remote, and be immersed in a cool atmosphere. This place is retro, fun, and the staff are super helpful! The barista (he was an ex wrestler) helped us decide and surprised us with great lattes- matcha strawberry! Will be back again soon.

Honestly one of the worst coffee shops I’ve been too. The employee was unresponsive when taking our order. The food was very dry and lacked flavor, probably because they serve “fresh” bonfire frozen burritos. the coffee tasted old, not to mention that I saw an employee smoking a cigarette in the back! Just overall bad experience.

really like it here, the coffee is the reason i keep coming back. i ordered a iced latte with oat milk and added caramel syrup. Drink : 5/5
the service staff could be more friendly upon entering, it feels hard to approach them. Service : 4/5
There could be more comfortable seating. All the table seating is like waist height with the chair when you sit down so you’re kinda hunched over when reading/working.The tables were wobbly and some chair seemed broken and the bench seats are not connected to the actual bench so it slides around if you shift in your seat. Seating : 2/5
other than that the vibes are nice. Vibes : 5/5

I came here with every intention of getting some reading done, but I can’t lie, I was distracted by everything. There was one barista and he had a line almost out the door. While he was super kind and attentive, the wait time for each person was a bit excessive. There also happened to be a group gathering, so there were people everywhere, standing, sitting, wherever they could fit…however with that being said, everyone was respectful and I’m not sure if it was the chill music or the overall vibe in general, but everyone was very quiet…and that’s not even the right word for what I’m trying to say. You honestly just have to go and experience it. It was absolutely beautiful. For being so busy, I felt so relaxed and where else can you say you have the best of both worlds?

And the decor is so cute! I love the plants + tvs because it really takes me back to my childhood. It’s like being in the 90s…but like a boho-ey, modern twist version. If that makes sense?

Lavender Latte: 10/10 – it was absolutely delicious
Veg Breakfast Burrito: 4/10 – it honestly wasn’t my favorite. They get them from bonfire burritos and I don’t know if it’s just how it was warmed up but the tortilla was too squishy for me. Once I left it out for awhile it was better, but it’s sad it had to be cold for me to enjoy it. But that’s just my preference/opinion.

They also have a couple of little displays where you can buy handcrafted items such as candles, bath salts, teas, and honey.

hands down THE spot to go for local coffee spots. not only is the drink selection expansive but the palette is on TOP OF IT. from their regular brews to their seasonals, they treat every drink like their specialty. so glad i found this spot when id first moved into town last year and have absolutely loved seeing its growth. supporting this business and being able to have genuine conversations with their team have been highlights on my mornings this past year

Such a cute place! Great coffee options and the staff is very nice! The prices are amazing! I couldn’t believe we ordered 2 specialty coffees for $11 with tax for the quality we received! Great atmosphere!

Step back in time to comfort and enjoy a great cup of coffee which the woman behind the coffee bar made the suggestion. My coffee came with a leafy design on the top of the cream. Awesome. It’s a bit of old look. Don’t let that fool you. This woman knew her stuff and is an artist! Thanks again. also free wifi.

BEST HOT CHOCOLATE!
Unique indoor decor, which I loved! The barista was welcoming, and did a good job at manning orders and making drinks in a timely manner. Hardly any wait in line or getting order. Very pleased with the service.
The small is just the right amount needed, and the hot chocolate tastes great with oat milk. Thank you

Taste is subjective.

It was early in the morning and we all needed some caffeine to start our long weekend of shenanigans in Colorado, plus we needed somewhere to eat our Big Mama’s Burritos. Sammy drove us here since it wasn’t too far away and she likes their italian soda.

We walked in and I instantly got antique vibes. From the style of the logo to the antique stuff everywhere, it’s a sure sign this place is also a place of the owner’s passion for old things. You may get a small hint of that vibe in the photos below, but due to limited space, I couldn’t upload all the photos I took.

Anywho, I ordered my usual americano and in talking to the barista (and possibly owner) cause he commented on my shirt… he said the americano had a hint of wine and something else to it. It’s the first time I’ve been told an americano would have any hint of flavor besides varying degrees of bitterness.

After talking to him for a bit and getting my drink, Emily and I sat down to dig into our drinks and burritos. A few sip into my americano and I knew I wasn’t the biggest fan of the flavor blend I was told about (I’ve since forgotten what exactly he said). It wasn’t bad but it just wasn’t for me. After about half the drink, I got used to it but not something I would go out of my way to order again. Everyone else seemed to really enjoy their drinks (and burritos) so we packed up and hit the road for more shenanigans.

While we were sitting there, Sammy told me that there is a garage in the back that is open for people to use. I’ve been to many coffeehouses and this is the first that has a working garage area for the public to use. In fact, as we were sitting there, waiting for coffee, we saw a handful of people walk out of the back area but I just assumed it was the owner with friends/contractors. Turns out… I was way wrong. Since it was an open-to-the-public area, I did include a photo of the work area below.

They say taste is Subjective and that is true for trying any new place. While this place didn’t have an americano that I was gaga over, it did provide a very unique experience for us all.

If you want good quality coffee these people got it. Good coffee, nice staff and no pretentiousness. Awesome. Their pour overs are fantastic. The espresso is wonderful, not just something to put in a milk drink but worthy to be savored in its own right.
