I love the vibe of this place. They have an eclectic collection of things here, including a Pokémon figurine dispenser and a bitcoin atm. They sell ice cream cakes, ice cream, Italian ice, and drinks such as hot chocolate. There’s even a second floor seating option.

Delicious and fun ice cream experience. About $5 to $8 for a small to pint size. Lots of flavors and add-ons.

Visited for the first time two days ago. What a great fun place and the ice cream is amazing. The science theme is just awesome. So different from anywhere I’ve been before. The industrial interior fits it perfectly. The owner was very nice and Thomas, who prepared the ice cream with the nitrogen was so patient and amazing. He went over and above as we needed 3 double frozen to take home. I was very impressed with the many dietary options they had. They definitely have something for everyone. Highly recommend.

Super yummy and you can’t beat ice cream made in front of you! My kid loves it and if I’m honest I love watching it haha. I love the texture I always get the custard (I’ve been told by an employee that’s their favorite too) it has a dipping for type texture that’s really unique and yummy! The flavors are organized well so it’s not overwhelming to look at. A little pricey but fun experience, we had good service too. The design of the building is so cool too! There’s a big spiral stair case with a little area to eat ice cream. Super cool view upstairs of the temple, nuskin building, and the nebo mountain? In the back.

The ice cream is just okay, and the service is poor. I took my kids here, not understanding how it worked. I asked the girl behind the counter and she said you could choose a flavor and “as many mix-ins as you want.” She conveniently did not mention that each mix-in is a dollar. My daughters got gummy bears and sprinkles (tiny spoonfuls of each). I was surprised at the cost at the end and the girl was very rude, acting like I was stupid and telling me I could have read the sign. Or she could have done her job and been helpful instead of rude and condescending. I ended up paying over $14 for two small cups of ice cream. Will definitely not be coming here again. Other Provo ice cream spots give you much tastier ice cream for the same price or less. I’d recommend Brooker’s for ice cream or Vinci for gelato.

Sub zero is such a cool experience! I love how you can mix any flavors you want to make it custom, and they have sooo many flavor and topping options! It’s fun to watch them make the ice cream, and when it’s done it’s super creamy and a really unique texture! We got the seasonal lavender honey, and the flavors balanced so well!

Great atmosphere and a wonderful concept. Perfectly located off of main street and a block away from the temple. The ice cream is delicious but the experience of watching the freezing process makes this place unique. A must see.

The ice cream is great. Its super thick and creamy. Its still ice cream, but it does have its own unique feel and texture. The process of seeing the ice cream made is also really fun, and I think adds to the experience.
The staff was also very friendly! And the prices arent cheap, but arent expensive and definitely worth it.

The workers here so so nice and helpful! Kate and Sawyer were kind and got our orders done so quickly. The experience was really cool as well. I’ve never had house made Italian ice and it was very good. What a fun experience.

In town from Arkansas this week and came here three different times. Beyond the incredible concept of nitrogen-frozen ice cream, the treat itself is delicious. Milee gave awesome recommendations and great service. We enjoyed talking to her while she made our ice cream.

Try Nutella with strawberries mixed in!
