Unique ice cream shop! Our group of 3 overall enjoyed. Only down side was that the consistency with the “freeze” and resultant texture was variable. Mine was over frozen and difficult to eat until it thawed; the two others were smooth enough to eat with a spoon right away.

Super delicous ice cream! The girl working had great customer service and was quick to make our order. I do wish they had more people working though because it was busy and so it took a bit to get our order. Not her fault she was going as fast as anyone probably could.

This is my first time trying this type of ice cream and it was a very authentic experience. They make the ice cream with any flavors/toppings you ask and even have a vegan option. The ice cream is made with nitrogen I will definitely be back to try other flavors! By the way the customer service was excellent

Went here over the weekend, there was only a small family of 4 in front of us but with only 1 person working the wait was long. It took over 20 minutes until it was our turn. If we weren’t curious to see how it tasted we would have left! And turns out, we should have just left!! Both the ice cream and Italian ice were sloppily done. My Italian ice tasted like chemicals, I only had a few spoons before I had to toss it. Hubby didn’t finish his ice cream either, he said it had a nasty after taste. Not worth the cost!

If you’re looking for an amazing ice cream shop with endless flavors and combinations you have to check out Sub Zero! Seriously some of my favorite concoctions and I love how you get to pick exactly what is in your ice cream every single time! Always such a fun experience, and it always hits the spot! They even have freeze dried goodies for sale! The owners are seriously the sweetest, and we just love everything about this shop! Go check them out, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
