Went in at about 8:45, they close at 9:00. Only wanted 2 steak and cheese 6 inch subs. They was rude and laughing the entire time. Didn’t ask me what cheese I wanted so I told the girl I would like provolone. Didn’t ask my bf what kind of cheese he wanted either. Didn’t ask toasted or not toasted , but they did put them into the microwave. I get to the car and My cheese is Swiss. Not provolone. It isn’t even melted and the sub is cold.

Just stay away from this location! The attitude from all of the employees was something else last night! No customer service training whatsoever! The young girl that was placing toppings on my sandwich just smacked her teeth and put it in the bag and when I nicely explained I was not finished she slammed it back on the counter! Got loud and asked what on the other! I said just the cheese and bacon (no bacon was ever put on it even though I paid for it!). She was mumbling under her breath the whole time w some adult woman.
No way I would have an entire staff ruining my business like this. Send in a secret person during the evening. Cherry on top make them Caucasian and just see for yourself.

I went after work this was my first time here and the service was terrible , all the young girls was rude to eachother and they had very bad attitudes , l’ll never go back and they just put cheese on your sandwich without asking what kind , I had to pay for double cheese when I only wanted pepper jack cheese , I asked before I left “why everybody sad” please find some employees that want to do their job , I work wayy harder then making a sub this was the worst customer service I ever had . PLEASE DON’T waste your time or money with these people , I went to the other one one EAST MAIN ITS THE SAME WAY ‼️

I went in there because this place has a 4.4 out of five stars. This place shouldn’t even be rated above subway. I’m not sure why they call themselves the “Sub” Station. They don’t make subs. They make sandwiches. You don’t slice bread all the way through when you’re trying to make a sub. The point of it being a sub is that it is easier to eat because it doesn’t spill all over you as easily. The amount of dirty looks I got from the staff was ridiculous. I didn’t ask for anything out of the ordinary. I ordered a cheesesteak, and they didn’t even have any bell peppers. It was extremely high in sodium. They should call it Sandwich Station or even Hypertension Station.

Went here for lunch last Saturday. Staff was nice, place was decently cleaned… Ingredients were fresh. Sierra Mist was horrible tho. My sandwich had several things added but the vinegar was so overpowering compared to anything else. Been a long time since I’ve went to a Substation location. Will probably be a while before I go back. Not saying it was bad…. Just wasn’t for me.

Stopped in to pick up dinner, looks like a new staff, moved quickly food was delicious. Normally I would drive to the other side of town to get my sub station because of how terrible the staff used to be.
Got the Ultimate large and a regular… very tasty and had enough for lunch.

The ladies and gentlemen at this Sub Station really work hard to make sure that their customers are taking care of. The food is always fixed right and made just the way that you asked. They have all sorts of sandwiches and salads and they make it just right. So go ahead and go on by on these Hot days and get you good cold cut sandwich or great salad.
