Yea it’s an all 5 stars review, but for a sub restaurant they check all the boxes. Ex food, their bread is so good. Something about their subs makes them as good and better than the others. 5 stars, there’s a reason, thank me later : )

UPDATE: After going in and speaking with the manager (Cora). She corrected my order and provided excellent customer service. I ended up trying a sandwich, and it was phenomenal. I have been back since and gotten the same sandwich the Italian. I doubt I will try the salad again, but the subs are definitely worth trying. Thank you, Cora, for your kindness and great customer service!!!
I ordered online, and my food picked up. I received my food, and the order was incorrect. I called and stated my order was incorrect and had some incorrect toppings. She reviewed the order and read it back, stating they put cheese on everything, though my order specially requested no cheese. I stated the chicken salad was also dry and tasteless and did not want a remake as this was my first experience and was put off. She (Donna) stated that as my order was placed online, I would have to contact corporate on a Saturday at 8 pm to receive a refund. I attempted to contact you, but to no surprise, they are closed. I paid $11 dollars for an inedible meal and received subpar customer service.

Delicious sandwich. Nice variety. Had their Rueben on rye, Italian and salad. Flavored teas. Clean restrooms. Just a bit pricey. Two sandwiches, one salad, 3 chips and drinks $45.00.

store manager, black girl was rude while i asked for my sandwich to be made early due to me thinking i had a late lunch but i was able to take an early lunch at work. I placed my order online & was refused to have the courtesy to watch my food be fixed, i was told to sit down & i was also told i was giving the employees a hard time due to me only asking who was making my sandwich & if sandwich could be cut in 4. I am the customer & as i remember to my knowledge the customer is always right. The store manager stated I was not allowed to come back after I asked her why she kept shaking her head as she kept looking at me. She was aggressive and yelled at me until I walked out the door & told me to never come back to a place I chose to get food from, As a pregnant woman I do feel I was mistreated, miss handled & the effective usage of customer service was not utilized. I do recommend them to remove the store manager or shift leader & gain a new one who is open to assisting and ensuring the customer is satisfied before leaving restaurant

The look one of the workers gave me and my son was in Called for. I asked was the rest room public the worker rolled her eyes and point. The whole time she act like she didn’t want to serve us. That was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant with feeling uncomfortable. I thank God I’m not what I use to be because she definitely would have got some words. Signed an unhappy customer. Food was great service was -1000

I had never been to Sub Station II before and I was very surprised by the quality of the food. I chose Saluda Pointe since I was in the area and this was by far the best location. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. After trying several other Sub Station II locations, they feel like an entirely different franchise and don’t compare! Anytime I’m out by Saluda Pointe, I always recommend my friends to get their lunch here. Keep up the amazing work!

Staff is friendly and the food is delicious. It’s a South Carolina chain that I really wish would cross the border into Augusta.

Substation II is usually a good place, but today I had to buy the ranch they decided not to put on the sub we ordered with ranch. The pettiness of making me pay 60-something cent for a packet of ranch that should have been on the sub anyway. I’d never have this issue with the one on #1.

Just wanted to point out that you have An employee named Ruby, who was evidently cutting the meats and cheese for the sandwiches, and coworker had told her she did not need a certain cheese. Actually it was provolone. I know it was provolone because the employee Ruby continued to ignore her. Our coworker has said it four times. Then she told Ruby that there were two Italians, again I know this because the coworker repeated it several times and Ruby was blatantly ignoring her and talked over her to ask the customers if they had to Italian. Whatever Ruby has going on in our life she really doesn’t need to bring it to work. This poor customer service nobody wants to see someone with an attitude. The coworker was very pleasant, had it been me I would’ve probably said something to Ruby and lost my job as a manager of a restaurant. I know the atmosphere is reflected by the employees. Today just left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’m sure it was the attitude of Ruby. She looks too young to try to act so grown she needs to show more respect. There was a guy there named Rob who was excellent when a customer ordered a gluten free sandwich. I didn’t even know that you had gluten-free, and I appreciate the fact that he was very careful in preparing it.
