Been awhile since I had been to a Sub Station so tried them again today. Had a Turkey, Roast Beef and Cheese Salad. It was prepared in front of me and was done quickly. Salad was a good size and was good. Plus right now have a special where you buy their cup and then when you return your drink is 99 cents which beats 2 or 3 dollars for a drink. Great experience will be back again!

The food is always good, however, the young people working tonight (Valentines Night) were beyond bad. We ordered online for a pickup at 5:30pm. We arrived and asked the young dark haired girl for our order. She didn’t say a word, just walked over to another girl who pointed to our ticket still hanging. The dark haired girl seemed to be the lead employee, proceeded to then go sit in a booth while the other girl started our order. No one to this point has said one word to us. The sandwiches were made and then the dark haired girl walked up, looked at the slip, crumpled it up, threw it away, and went back to her seat in the booth. I’m home and I’m STILL waiting on someone to even speak to me in your establishment

My company and I use this establishment regularly to order lunch in during busy days. We always order our sandwiches online through the website. My employee ordered the ‘ham, turkey, and cheese’. When customizing the sandwich, we click the ‘add bacon’ button which is an additional charge. Then we also clicked the ‘extra meat button’ and typed in the comment section ‘extra bacon for the extra meat’. We order from you guys once a week and every single time we pay additional for the extra bacon, it is always missing. This most recent time, we decided to not click the ‘extra meat’ button and we decided to just write ‘ extra bacon, we never get it’. Then the employee wrote on the receipt ‘then you need to pay’. Upon arrival to pick up our order, my employee politely told the employee (rather tall female with glasses) that we have paid the past 5 times for the extra bacon and did not get it. She then said we should have clicked the ‘large size add bacon’ button which we have never seen. My employee said it was fine and continued to make the drinks. While she was making the drinks she saw the sub station employee pointing and talking about her to another employee and giving nasty looks. This was just frustrating because we come here so frequently.

I’m giving them 3 stars. It has been quite good in the past and has been our go-to for subs, however the last few months we’ve had sub-par meals. Not sure why the cheesesteak is now served absolutely drenched in raw onions and peppers. And when mayo is added I feel like the new employees must have worked at Burger King before. The sandwich is smothered in it.

1st timer. Fast, friendly service. Order at the counter, sandwiches made in front of you. Pick the bread, walk down the line and select your toppings. Pay at the counter while your sandwich is completed. Accepts Apple Pay. Pepsi fountain drinks including Diet Mountain Dew. Lots of seating in a clean, open restaurant. Free parking is a bit tight.

Love the subs they are always good tasting, however they are messier and sloppier each time I get one. The paper it’s wrapped is absolutely drenched in oil to the effect of making the bread soggy and the paper practically translucent.
Once the assembly of the sandwich gets perfected this place could get 18 stars if it was such a thing.
