Fabulous Food Fanatic
1st timer. I want to say to those who haven’t tried it don’t judge a book by its cover. When you first walk in it does give much as far as the appearance. The pictures of the sandwiches could use an upgrade. The ladies working there were amazing. They went out of their way to explain things and showed us an example super awesome. They are very knowledgeable and hard working. When I opened the Sandwich it definitely looks messy but it was so delicious. The flavor of everything just popped.

Update.. can we normalize giving out a few napkins palease….They have the best salads around. They did need ac last time I was there. Service could be friendlier but honestly as long as my order is good idc that much. If windows and glass were cleaned it would appear cleaner there.

They have great salads and they are huge but to only give out 2 little cups of dressing is crazy it dont even cover a fourth of the salad thats sad that they want to charge for extra when they dont even give you enough to cover even half of the salad

Establishment was very clean, neat and smelled good. Staff was professional, neat, clean in appearance, very polite and helpful.
3 subs and a salad was made to order correctly, effective and efficiently.
The drink machine area was clean and well stocked. They had even started sanitizing the drink nozzles as you should do nightly.
I would definitely return and recommend others.

The lady working was very rude. I don’t recall her name but she was thinner with blonde hair and an attitude. She was talking with the man in the drive through while my boyfriend and I waited 20+ minutes for service. We wanted to see wing flavors and ask about the menu but didn’t bother because she ignored us for quite a while. The place is also absolutely filthy.

First time trying Sub Station II. And def the last time. Low-quality meats, serious lack of toppings, extreme excess of mayo and crammed into a box like trash made for an unpalatable attempt at a sandwich. But the dogs loved it so there’s that.
