Overall very good subs. Service is mostly not always but mostly terrible many not friendly. I do often spend money here though as the subs are overall good. I will however be changing my stop to another sub shop after realizing today that the sub station has been charging me a 2.50 convienience fee for placing my order online, something I never realized I was being charged before today, something $2.50 for me to make their job more predictable and efficient. perhaps Jersey Mikes as they do not charge me and make a mean sub also.

Hubby and I ordered the 14 inch meatball sub Thursday special $7.99, and a medium roast beef, Swiss cheese, light lettuce , mayo and mustard. $10 and change.
Both subs were fresh and delicious. Totaly recommend

Been enjoying the food and service here for years. Tonight the service end may have cost them a loyal customer. I ordered a hot sub. It did not have what I ordered for vegetables. I took the sub to the counter and patiently waited for the current customer to finish their order. The clerk instead of looking to me proceeded to engage the next new customer placing an order. I spoke up saying my sub was supposed to have peppers and onions. The clerk said I’ll be with you in a minute. And continued to the next customer while my incorrect hot sub was getting cold. Poor customer service on full display tonight. We picked up our table ( we were eating in house) and left.

I would say that this is an average sub shop. I have been a few times, most recently for a chicken Cesar sub. It was what I expected, nothing terrible, nothing above and beyond.

I used to love this place but the service has gone downhill. On Tuesday, November 18th, I ordered a French dip sandwich. Got home and it was loaded with raw onions. Not sure if the person making subs does not know how to make a French dip or if he was being a jerk on purpose.

I have gone here a lot and the last 2 times they have charged me for stuff but never put it in the sub. Got ham and provolone cheese, I got 2 pieces of each. Asked for light spicy mustard and got regular and the sub had so much in it that is all you can taste. They have gone down hill big time. Close early they are always talking about some customer and the music is not right, Swearing and loud. Kids go in their. Who ever owns it better do something soon, your reviews are not great

Just had this for lunch today 3/4/21- Sand which was a med steak and cheese 8.99 plus an xtra 1.50 for the increase in meat? To maintain the quality of the product? I had a coke and a bag of chips for 14.99 Pics speak for themselves! I would have returned it to the counter if there hadn’t been so many customers not distancing! Can we eliminate the one star?

My family and I went there and ordered 4 small subs it was during lunch time and they were busy.
When I realized that it has been 45 minutes since we have received our food I went to the lady at the front (Kelly I believe) and went to nicely ask her if our order was ready and instead she then responded very nastily with “can’t you see we are busy?!” Meanwhile our food was ready and the gentleman that was preparing our food then gave us our food. It had been ready for awhile they just never called our name. Because of Kelly’s awful attitude I asked for a manager where she smiled and said “I am the manager” and walked away. I went up to the desk to ask her for another managers number and she walked away smiling saying “she is on vacation” and then refused to give me any information on another manager. The gentlemen who prepares the food gave me the information after I asked several times. The other woman refused to give her name and she was not wearing a badge or anything indicating that she was a manager.
The food was good but we paid $60 and received the worst customer service I have seen. I did call Carol who is the other manager and I will see if she will call me back.
But seriously if you’re looking for somewhere to go for lunch and they are busy do not go there Kelly obviously cannot handle a busy service.
I will never go there again.
