Clean atmosphere with really nice staff. Owner is cool once you get to talking to him. I love all the cold subs (haven’t tried any hot) and the hot chips are the bomb!! Chili fries are OK I prefer just the fries. They are really great. They got too soggy with the chili. Overall I love this place and highly recommend to anyone!

For those Sub lovers this is another fantastic place to stop. I look forward to stopping in sometime to try the fish dinner & their wings too. They have friendly & helpful service & quick to answer any questions you may have. My nephew enjoyed the sub he ordered & my salad was delicious too.

My husband and I was in the area. We googled sandwich factory and we arrived at Station 46. After looking at the menu and speaking with the man at the front counter, we decided to give them a try. My husband ordered a giant Italian delight, I ordered a Ruben and a shrimp basket. We both ordered drinks . It came to over $30. I was expecting a platter of shrimp for 8.50. I got a small “take out” box with a dollop of cocktail sauce. The Ruben that I ordered was so over powered by whatever sauce that I couldn’t even taste the sauerkraut or cornbeef. My husband’s Italian delight sub was clearly not the same size as Sandwich Factory. We were told before ordering only the name changed. A positive note, he did say the bread had a better flavor than sandwich Factory. The atmosphere was pleasant. I liked the options for seating. We sat outside. Music was nice. Large televisions all around made sitting outside nice.

Heard mixed reviews, so checked it out myself, and glad I did! The bread was fresh and soft, with flavorful and fresh ingredients. The wings were crispy without being crunchy and the wing sauce was great; not pictured, the surprise garlic toast that comes with them. The kids also devoured their mini-meatball subs, with the oldest proclaiming it was “one of a kind”. The interior of the restaurant itself is pretty old and service seemed fairly uncoordinated, but everything I saw food wise looked delicious.

I have never been so annoyed as I am tonight! My daughter drove 21 minutes to get 2 orders of burned shrimp and a tiny salad not prepared the way we asked where are the fries? We paid $43 for terrible food! We will never patronize this business again! Thank you my son and I will not be eating dinner tonight!

Very unhappy with the quality of customer service and food as of lately. The person taking to go orders is extremely rude. When we arrived to pick up our food, every single item was made incorrectly or something was forgotten. Toppings on the sandwich were wrong, We had asked for fried cheese with sauce on the side, the sauce was already on them, they remade them and burnt them and just threw them into their boxes absolutely covered in grease. We also didn’t receive any dip with either order of hot chips like we normally do. Everything was sloppily thrown into the bag. And everything was covered in grease. The overall quality of everything we ordered was poor. Not normally one to complain but this has been an issue the last several times we have ordered food from this particular sandwich factory where things have been made incorrectly and staff have been rude about it. We used to love this place but this will be the last time we order food from them. You are better off to go to the one in Poland Ohio where the staff are pleasant and they get your order right every single time.

Incredible pricing! Super awesome atmosphere. The decor on the inside is next level if your a car guy. The guys running the place are super genuine nice people. Amazing subs. Better than horst deli. Can’t wait to try more of their stuff!

I’ve seen this place for years and have always wanted to stop. So finally we did and all I can say is they have thee best bread I’ve ever tasted! When you bite into the sandwich the bread was so moist and fluffy it was perfection! The sandwich its self was like a 6 for me but the bread is a 10 all day!!!!

This place is very disappointing! I expected more of a home town feel but it’s more of a home town thief feel. I ordered 10 PC wings and they were way overcooked but that wasn’t the worst part, they were so small!! I’ve never seen such pathetic wings in my life, and I paid $13 for ten of these miniature wings (two orders $25.98). On top of that they are typically very rude I just thought I would give them another chance but I’m done with this place! Do yourself a favor and buy some Ramen noodles I promise you will be way more satisfied. I will be sure to inform everyone I know so that they do not waste there hard earned money here!

I like to eat here at least (1) time every other week and I must say that it has vastly improved overall, I order the #7 every time but also wings on occasion & they always put the cherry on top with the garlic bread thrown in.
