So I’ll start with the good, really good sweet tea and loved the (white) bread! When we walked in it was so loud with a TV and Radio on full blast, i don’t mind music at all it’s just the cashier couldn’t hear us and all we wanted was 2 turkey cheese, 2 drinks. Had to repeat 4 times. We said thank you, she ignored us, we went to tip and accidentally dropped it by the register she picked it up and threw it on the counter in front of us. We tipped any way. When the food was ready we didn’t know, so went up to the counter and was greeted with “did you need something?” ALL of the tables were super sticky. The turkey and cheese subs had no cheese at all on either. Went back up to ask for to-go supplies for leftovers and they didn’t say a word to us. They looked super young and we ALL know how it be, we were the only ones there the entire time. I feel bad even posting this as i like to try and support smaller local spots.

This is a cute place. Has some antiques to look at while waiting. Has seating to eat. Quaint and country charming. But the sandwich are SO AMAZING. I can hear my bread sizzling when it came out. If you are looking for a crusty dusty sandwich with all the crunch then here it is.

Doesn’t look like much, but the subs are simply delicious. I have lived here for a long time. But I have never tried this establishment. I was so very plenty surprised. I have found my new go-to spot for subs. Way better than Jimmy johns and Subway. The prices are very fair also. Made right in front of you. The decor is a bit draby, but like I said, it comes down to the taste of the food. You won’t find a better sub place here in town than this location. It is a just try it. Tables aew clean, soda machine has the necessities. Their homemade sweet tea is on pare.

Man oh man! I had a toasted Italian sub on wheat bread, omg DELICIOUS! Normally, I would get Italian or white bread but Ciara recommended the wheat bread. She was on point with that recommendation! She also was soooo sweet! She greeted me with a warm smile and was so patient with all my questions. I will never go to Jersey Mikes again as long as I’m in Jacksonville!!! Thank you for your outstanding recommendations and amazing customer service, Ciara!!!

Got the half #2… with crispy bacon.
Bread nice n toasted. Ham sliced nicely thin, (n not stingy either) …. along with the lettuce. Bacon crispy with flavor.
Prices are FAN… DANG… TASTICK!!!
I will make the drive again for their awesome subs.

Phenomenal sandwich! Small mom n pop shop, that takes pride in what they do. Absolutely delicious sammiches, immaculately clean establishment, and just the best vibes around. This is the best sandwich in Jacksonville!
