The bread indeed got smaller for the price! The staff are nice and welcoming. But you need to be more heavy handed with the condiments we are paying for it! 15$ a sub and I also bought a cake today.

The food is very fresh and taste amazing. The nice variety of food, but the menu does not include all that is offered. Neither at location or online. They have combos that are not identified, but they do inform you when ordering. Nice and necessary change from previous management.

Literally just left from this place and I will never be going back there again! I’ve eaten here multiple times before and I’ve never had a problem until now! I asked for my sub to be remade because it was very OILY!!! Keep in mind it was a hamburger sub made with beef so of course there is going to be some type of grease, understandable. However I did ask for oil and vinegar. When I received my order it was extremely OILY! I asked if my order could be remade over and instantly the two ladies that was working faces dropped and appeared to be annoyed at the fact of me asking for my order to be remade over because of how OILY it was! Instead of apologizing and stating no problem they made it seem like as if I was in control of how OILY my burger sub came out. The assistant manager said “I will remake it but next time it’s not on her”. They instead began to say that’s how it is it’s beef which in fact I knew that. They also stated that it was a knew patty and continued to say that it’s still going to be the same. There was no sympathy or compassion shown towards me as the customer! They were very rude and moody about my request for my order to be remade over! I tried to express how I felt about non customers service experience I was receiving but one of the girls kept saying she didn’t speak English that she doesn’t know what I’m saying? That’s ridiculous because she understand everything I was saying and was speaking perfectly well English! They kept speaking in Spanish like I couldn’t understand them talking about me and the issue that transpired with order. NEVER AGAIN will I be eating from this place ever again! Those two ladies do not understand what customer service is in America! They act all nice until you have a problem or request with your order! That’s BAD BUSINESS!!! They definitely need more training skill when it comes to dealing with customers who has a complaint about their order!

This place is a five star establishment It was amazing. I’ve been here a few times so this review is super Overdue. The staff/workers are super accommodating They display the qualities of the name, ‘Sub quality grill’ because they truly work with quality.
The atmosphere is great it’s always a regular coming in whenever I’m there and the way they interact with the workers that alone gives off that positive vibration when you’re here so that’s what keeps me coming back. Whatever you guys are doing keep doing it. You’re doing great !! Will be there again

Heavy set male with black glasses/gap needs to slow down when making the food order! He moves so fast that he makes the sub sloppy and forgets to add the things I wanted. He gives me anxiety sometimes I don’t know what he’s saying because he moves and talks so fast. Word of advice slow down! I wasn’t going anywhere and the line wasn’t long!

I got the steak bomb first time trying it. It was great. I feel like the bread could be more wider to fit more meat there but that’s okay. It was seasoned great & their attitudes were great too. I was in line when their system went down so I couldn’t pay with card at the moment but it was okay. The guy told everyone and let us know where we can go to the atm if needed. I would definitely recommend and be back!
