We absolutely love it here. It is hands down, everybody in the families favourite spot. It is our first stop every time we land in PS. The food is so fresh and high quality, the service is beyond amazing. They have taken the time to get to know everyone’s orders by heart and even started carrying diet coke just for us. 10/10!

This place has THE best subs. The shop is clean, the service is great, and the food is fresh. They just know how to make sandwiches and it shows. I always prefer local over chains because the food taste better and I enjoy investing into the community. It’s my go-to sandwich shop.

Revising my review from 5 to a 2, use to love this place. Under new ownership, they changed the way they make sandwiches and avocado in my sandwich was black asked for pastrami avocado and bacon with everything and this is all I got. Should not be this color when avocado is fresh.

I took this pic 20 min after picking up my order, after I got to work for lunch in Palm Springs. I did not bring it up to the staff and did not make it aware of what a nuisance this was as I was not down the street and was on my lunch break. Also I did not just take out my phone to just complain but to make people aware to always check their food as i did not because i trusted the staff to do good the first time. Yes sometimes things can be easily fixed and I would have been able to enjoy it if i were not 20 min away to get another one. It would have been 20 min going back to your place and 20 min going back to work. Total of 40 minutes, time and gas. I was not asking for my money back just letting people aware to be careful. I am sure you do not bite but with your response it felt like you almost did by saying if i just took out my phone to complain, i mean really. I did give you a chance to meet my needs when I placed my order. If I am wrong complaining about black avocado then I am sorry but not good in my opinion.

Love this place! Super clean inside, great variety of subs. They use quality ingredients, and they don’t skimp on the meats and cheeses. Large sandwich can easily be split between two people. Friendly service too…

This place is great! The subs are delicious, and they are always accommodating with any adjustments to the sub. The ladies are super friendly and welcoming. It is locally owned, which is a HUGE plus. You can tell they have pride in this restaurant. The restrooms are very clean too! I will, for sure, be coming back to have another sub. Thank you!

Nice little mom and pop shop to get sandwiches at . The staff are clean and friendly very polite and will custom make your sandwich with whatever you want and they don’t even charge extra. They all have a positive attitude and are very pleasant to be around. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

So I DoorDashed my delivery and they end up calling me at work saying they didn’t reviece my order even though I paid. They tried making me pay for my order again even though I paid Doordash. Then they say I paid for one sandwich and not the other. Which was not my fault and the website issue on Doordash. The lady worker was adamant about me paying that one sandwich that was charged $0.00 because a SYSTEM ERROR that they did. Any other place would just give that sandwich for free for their mistake and inconvenience. Instead she called me at work and kept complianing I can’t talk on the phone at work and she made it very difficult. The customer service was bad and I am disappointed that I had to deal with all this even though it was an error on their part. Fix the website or don’t do Doordash.
