For over 40 years the Milani Family has owned and operated the first and only Sub Shop in Lockport and it is on its way to enter another 40 years of service. The heart of every Sub Delicious Food Offerings are the Signature “Hoagie”, “Sub” and “Buffalo Chicken Wings”, based on secret family recipes. Additional focus is placed on “The best Pizza in town” prepared in the specially designed Pizza Oven, exclusive to Sub Delicious. The newest addition to our menu is the 18×24 SHEET Pizza which will be a focal point of any of your office parties or family events.

Used to be my go to until the last 5 or 10 times i ordered wings are nasty now only thing decent is pizza. Subs are too full of lettuce. If you order a sub ask for super light lettuce. I would go elsewhere if anyone is to read this review!

Got a royal hoagie and got a majority of sausage instead of lunch meats. My stinger was okay. Too much lettuce and spices on the very little tomatoes. Food was good but the customer service has gone way down since February of this year. They have gotten so arrogant and cocky. “You don’t like how it’s made we will mess it up for you”, is the attitude I got.

Me and my family order from here at the minimum once every two weeks . Sometimes once a week. The pizza is great You tell them how you want it and they make it happen. It’s a down to earth atmosphere, you feel comfortable walking into the shop. Sub D is our go to pizza shop!!!

I’ve ordered pizza twice at night, and I’m not doing it again. The pizza is always really good during the day, and the staff is usually friendly. But the night crew not so much. The pizza crust was so thin on January 19 that my pinky was wider, which usually isn’t the case. Now tonight, January 25, my pizza is completely black on the bottom. Very disappointed. I would be giving one star if it weren’t for having decent service earlier in the day.

I don’t know what’s happened from a year ago til now, but now the food is always on point and no more mistakes. We recently moved to Lockport and had problems with our order almost every time. It even turned into a running joke between my wife and the delivery drivers. But even when there was a problem, the staff was always absolutely friendly and kind and fixed the problem as quickly as possible.

Food was great, made fresh and very tasty. Service was excellent, very welcoming and friendly. Don’t be discouraged by the atmosphere, it is very dated, but very clean. Ordered a sub and pizza. Both were great!

All I can say is this was a quick stop and now we know better, my wife and I were joking that the name of this should be subpar, it was a little expensive especially for not getting much like I said subpar, they really weren’t busy when I got there but I waited 45 minutes for my food and let me tell you the food wasn’t really agreeable to my stomach, we will not be going back anytime soon.
