Call Rt 31 Sub Delicious, The lady was Rude And says they don’t Deliver. I am in bed sick and she wants me to come out and get my food because she says they don’t Deliver., I will never do Business with Rt 31 Sub Delicious any more. That person should be Fired for treating the Customer like this. If the business didn’t get Customers then you wouldn’t have a Business.

Absolutely terrible service. In the span of 10 days I’ve had two subs made incorrectly with SPECIFIC notes saying please DON’T add mushrooms. After the first time I said okay, no biggie I’ll get a refund and try again. But to have it happen TWICE. Come on. Being someone who is allergic and asking for a simple request and not getting it blows my mind. Evidently whoever works here can’t read, doesn’t care about their job and doesn’t deserve to be there.

Okay, I love Sub D but… I ordered online at this place (rochester rd) and there were so many problems. First, they were like 13 minutes behind. They ran out of peppers and had to substitute something else, they shorted us one pizza finger on two orders. They said they were the last ones out of the bag and thought there were enough. Then, the ham sub had mold growing on the roll! Dang. Out of four things we ordered, 3 had issues!
The stinger, that was good.
I called to let them know about the mold so they knew to look but it took 3 times for them to answer. I have to imagine how many more orders they could have taken. It was not really the experience I was expecting. I am such a huge fan of sub d but this location isn’t ship shape. Employees were nice. I hope management gets their inventory issues in line, it seems to be the main issue and puts employees in a bad situation. I can order online something they are out of. Again, I love sub d but won’t be back to Rochester rd. Manager or owner, look at these reviews and you’ll see a pattern. Save this location, fix these small but devastating issues.

We came in very hungry and ordered supreme steak subs, which is the “best” on the menu. We waited 30 minutes and paid 50$ for two subs and chillies. When we opened the box and found a 4 to 5 inch bread and almost nothing inside of it. There was very little meat, it was very chewy, and there was hardly any onions or mushrooms in the sub. Also, an older gentleman who came after me took a quick peak inside the kitchen through the doorway.The owner yelled very loudly at him just for looking inside. I don’t think I ever paid so much for so little.

I love hot wings and they NEVER have enough sauce, well friends David and Phyllis did not disappoint. Fries were yummy too, but the wings were everything. Hubbs got a steak and cheese which was so good and huge and the meatballs, try those. Loved it will be back.

First time at this establishment. The food was great. Subs were all made right, and we enjoyed them. Absolutely will go back and experience more of the menu. The owner was a great host and made us feel welcomed. P.s. the stinger was awesome.

Steak sub was nasty loaded with way too many peppers and onions I’m pregnant and caused me to become sick after sharing half with my fiance I called back to see if I could get refunded half or have the other half remade and he was very rude yelled at me and said that he didn’t have my receipt to call back after 4pm and he can’t help me. But I spent 23$ just to get sick.

I feel that this one on Rt31 is better then Lockport. They just don’t throw it together because there in hurry to get to next customer, You guy make it presentable and I think you put more meat on. Been going to one in Lockport for 40 years, havnt been there since you open up there. Keep up the good work

Great pizza and wings! The service and staff are exceptional. A must visit again. Ordered double cheese and pepperoni which was loaded. The wings were nicely done with a crispy finish. Coated in Honey BBQ sauce that was finger licking yummy.
