Not the typical Cuban Bakery. Great at empanadas. You will not find the typical ‘Pastelitos’ at this location. For that you will find better options. The change of ownership since the original owner sold way back 10-15 years ago, the bakery has not been the same. Atmosphere decor nice, but never the same good vibes as when the original owner was involved day to day.
Coffee quality – not the Cuban level of ‘Carreta’ But drinkable if you must No tacitas here, maybe for the best
But things change and evolve. I hope this location recovers its original quality someday. Until then, plenty of options available.

The empanadas are amazing. This place is a hidden gem in my opinion. The pastries are top quality and the service is superb. I recommend trying the variety that they have.

Amazing bakery with a great environment and really affordable menu… the mix of flavors from the best chef… Pan de Queso, cachitos, bombas, I mean.. you gotta try it!!

Young lady up front was super attentive and explained everything they have to offer.
I came mainly to try their Bombolone as I was craving something sweet and Suarez Bakery came into my feed and I saw someone’s picture of their dessert. Definitely caught my attention immediately but I rather make the drive to Miami Beach in Rosetta Bakery for them. These Bombolone were hard on the bite like the consistency you will get of something that’s been out for 2 days and re heated many times on the microwave.
Also bought a Carne Molida Empanada was excited for it as the young lady mentioned the ingredients and I was so happy it didn’t have olives – NEGATIVE; if you do not enjoy the taste of olives on your food; avoid it!
I was content with their Mil Hojas; perfect sweetness, crispy and Pastry Cream was okay just not mind-blown by it.
I will have to go back to try their Palmiers; but as for it I will only purchase their Mil Hojas

Excellent bakery, best tequeños , all kinds of empanadas, pastries, several mate flavors, best pastel de queso crema , best cream cheese pastry, breakfast, located corner of 107th Ave and nw 7th St

Since the old owner sold this bakery quality of some products are not as good as before. For example croissants do not taste as good as before.

Cuban bread was cold and old! They are expensive and add a service fee on their receipt even after giving the person that helped me a dollar tip. I won’t be returning.

Food is great but service and responsibility is not the best.
I paid one argentinian empanada, a fried empanada and a tequeño. I asked for no receipt.
Once I got home, I realized the employee never included the tequeño in the bag. Worst part I do not have a way to claim it because I asked for no receipt.
My next visit I may have to be extra careful that the employee included the stuff I paid from my wallet. Even though is not my responsibility assuring the others do their job well.
Disappointed probably would not buy again.
