They also forgot my congee, but once I followed up, they brought it out—and it was fantastic. The mushroom congee was warm, flavorful, and comforting. I just wish it had more mushrooms. (4.5/5 for the congee.)
I’d come back for the food and atmosphere, but please, Suá—fix the matcha latte. It really brings down an otherwise wonderful experience.
We tried the Strawberry Pistachio Milk and the Strawberry Matcha, and both were delicious. They were perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, but still full of flavor. A nice touch was the freeze-dried strawberry slices on top, which added both a fun texture and a pop of flavor.
It did take a little longer than your average coffee shop, but it seems like they make each drink to order with nothing pre-batched. If you’re not in a rush, the wait is totally worth it for the quality and creativity.
The food is thoughtful, fresh, and beautifully balanced — nourishing and full of flavor. It’s the kind of place you can go after a morning workout, a long walk, or just to reset.
SUA is calm, modern, and quietly inspiring, a reflection of everything good about simple, mindful living.
Staff seemed too young to be working there. The Matcha latte served there was subpar and overpriced
The foods are organic but overpriced for the small portions. There are a variety of other products for sale too. A single vita soy drink box (250ml) is $3.50 plus tax, not even the six pack, just a single drink box!
Such a relief to be able to purchase a pre made organic meal without having to be concerned as to how gut will react. IYKYK
