No place can be perfect, they never pick up their phone when you’re trying to order something. But other than that, I can’t think of another place in San Marcos where you can find fresh and I mean fresh sweet Mexican bread daily. Among other things they also have good fresh hand squeezed orange juice and some awesome Mexican dishes. Tortas, burritos, breakfast plates, etc . I come here at least once every week. My favorite breakfast plate is their green chilaquiles, you got to try them.

This little breakfast burrito place also serves as the Sun Pan bakery. I really like the hand breakfast burrito but found the carne asada burrito to be fairly ordinary. Slow service but nice people.

I got a very last minute birthday cake and my fanily seemed to enjoy it! They seemed to have a few different types of tres leches cakes and truffle cakes. The staff was friendly and they spoke English and Spanish with me. I haven’t tried the food yet, since I just went in for the cake.

This review is for the restaurant part of the bakery. I ordered the chilaquiles rojos and a torta de milanesa. The food was delicious, authentic, and a good price. Go try it for yourself.

The best rosca I’ve personally had. I have been there on many occasions in the past. I found the cali burrito to be very delicious. They have really upped the place since i’ve last been. Oh and the pan dulce is very good.
