Fantastic Chinese food, we had minimal expectations but I have to say we were blown away by the food here. We had the spicy dish with the lotus root and we honestly could have had 3 for how tasty it was! Tip: order some plain rice so you can soak up that amazing sauce. We had another dish with tofu which was also delicious but that first one was unbeatable. We will be back!

Such a great find for vegan options! After a visit with David at Academia Gallery and a search for vegan restaurants, I decided to have dinner at Su Guan. While everything on the menu looked tasty, I went with a favorite dish of mine that is bibimbap. It was the perfect blend of rice, vegetables, tofu, and spicy paste. The young lady server was kind and attentive. Along with a beverage, I find the price of €17 meal a great value. I will be back for sure on my next visit.

Decided to take a break from Italian food. This was amazing! Tofu with vegetables over rice noodles was spectacular. The kimchi dish was also so good and flavorful. Also got the steamed dumplings which were yummy. Fast service, helpful server. Would definitely eat here again,

We’re not even vegetarians, but this place was incredibly delicious. Every dish came out piping hot (a sign of true freshness and fast service), and all the spices were perfectly balanced. If you don’t like spicy food, you can ask them to adjust the spiciness. I especially recommend the soy sauce eggplant, the Beijing sauce noodles, and the tri-colored dumplings. All of the dishes we ate though were so good that we returned the next day! The owner and waitresses are also extremely kind and accommodating. If you want truly authentic Chinese food, then you MUST come here. We tried other Asian restaurants in Florence and this one was by far the best.

If you are tired of eating pizza and pasta, this is the place for the vegetarians!

We had one tofu dish and another eggplant, potato and bell pepper dish, both of them were very tasty and had a good portion size. One portion of rice was enough for two of us.

I would definitely recommend!

Delicious veg*n Chinese food. There are many offerings from across the spectrum of Chinese cuisines on the menu, but southwestern dishes (黔菜) really shine, including rice noodles. The vegetarian duck was also mouthwatering, offering a perfect balance of crispy yuba on the outside aid soft taro puree on the inside. The staff is very kind and efficient. Note that this is not a “pure veg*n” establishment in the Buddhist sense as they serve alliums (五幸) and alcohol. Menu and service available in Mandarin, English, and Italian.

Very good food, super delicious! All vegan and quite a big menu. However at the moment there is also quite a lot crossed off the menu. But the options are still great and the staff is very nice. She speaks very good English and offered for example the hot peach tea that was not on the menu because they didn’t have the rose tea at the moment. There is not many tables so a reservation is definitely recommended. We were lucky to be there early and still get a table without reservation. It is a bit expensive, but it was definitely worth it.

Tough to find vegetarian options in Italy and this is definitely an place worth trying. Fantastic choices and good service. For anyone missing Chinese vegetarian dishes, come and try this out. Food tends to be more northern Chinese flavours and stronger in flavours.

This was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Italy! The little restaurant was well decorated with plants, had a family owned vibe, and was really enjoyable. The food was really incredible! We got eggplant, noodles, and dumplings and loved every bite. And it was all vegan! Amazing.

Such a gem in the heart of Florence! Most of their dishes are 100% vegan and 100% mindblowing. I don’t think I’ve ever tried traditional chinese/buddhist cuisine this good, seriously. The place is a bit run down but that doesn’t take away too much from the experience. There’s a ton of options to choose from so take your time. Bonus points for the kind and humorous girl that served us!
