I an not Hispanic but I have been coming to this restaurant for 6 months twice a week. None of the workers speaks English at this restaurant.
Only one (1) server has always been kind to me. Her name is KARLA. The others display disregard will not speak even when I speak greetings in spanish.
Usually when I go there are few people and they still ignore me and wait on others…they have never asked me can I help you. I recognize them so surely they recognize me. I’m always well dressed when I go into this restaurant to order carry out.
Today is Christmas Eve, the store was crowded and not only did the restaurant staff ignore me again they never greet me but they greet others. They waited on 3 people behind me until I had to say excuse me. They knew what they were doing. They were showing others in the store just how hateful and mean they can be to an African American woman. It was so bad that others started looking at me too. I just stood there and waited for anyone to show an ounce of humanity to me. It never happened.
I felt profoundly disrespected today. I felt hurt in my heart today from the staff of this restaurant. They treated me as if I WAS NOBODY AND THAT I DID NOT MATTER.
Staff not being able to speak English should never mean being disrespectful to customers.

A small bakery with a restaurant. They serve authentic Latin cuisines and fresh bakery items. You can smell the fresh bread, cupcakes, and donuts. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed here. They also have a few items that you can order à la carte.

The manager and wait staff were amazingly nice and friendly. If I could give a review solely based on service I would give a 5 star rating, but the food itself needs some work. My empanada was very different than what I was used to having and the pupusas were lightly stuffed. They just opened, so I think they will get better with time! I’m gonna go back in a couple of months to see if they have gotten into the swing of it yet.

Received a birthday cake from here today from a friend. It was wonderful! I’ve enjoyed it so much, I ordered one for a friend of mine who was changing jobs and took cards to their office knowing their co-workers would probably be interested in going there also. He enjoyed it as much as his colleagues.

Not sure why this place doesn’t have at least 4 stars, maybe the old staff was different but the lady who served me at the counter today was really nice and helped me out with what all the different hot items were. I just ordered hot food that was out at the counter to go rather than dining in. I got 6 different items, two types of beef and pork and plantains and rice. Everything is really good. They gave me lots of extra tortillas and stuff to go. And poured lots of stew sauce over my rice. They also have a bakery with Mexican pastries, I just tried the tres leches at the counter which was really good. I would come back to this place! I think it deserves more stars

I tried to patronize this business for the 1st time & won’t come back again unless I have someone who speaks Spanish fluently. So the lady gives me a menu, I ordered my food. Then received my receipt & she charged me more than what the menu states for both items. The cashier starts speaking in Spanish about me to another customer & acted as if she didn’t know what I meant. I asked for the manager, she comes out to the front & starts speaking in Spanish as well about me & then says well we didn’t change the menu so that’s the price. Even though it wasn’t a big difference in price, but it’s the principle. So I kindly requested my money back, because they found it to be funny that they are charging prices that aren’t displayed on the menu.

Waited In line and was picking up a cake and also going to buy other things and they made me step asíde and when I wanted to buy the other items they said ok and expect me to wait in the line again after making me wait a long time.

By far some of the best service in the area; the woman who assisted me was great! The food was great as well; I’m just sad I lived here for 5years and just found this place. If your in the area, I would definitely look into checking out their Bakery and Birthday cakes.
