Really friendly staff, delicious coffee, and great eats.
I won a gift certificate from a local radio station a long while ago and decided today was the day to break up the usual.
Grabbed an iced hum yum caramel oatmilk latte and was surprised. I could actually taste the espresso and the espresso was great! The drink wasn’t overly sweet, though yes, was sweet in the perfect amount.
The spicy turkey breakfast sando was sooo good. Crisp, hot, juicy. All the things one could want in a bagel sandwich.
Guess I have a new treat spot for errand days.

Great coffee and bagel/breakfast sandwhich stop! We came here passing through while driving the coast. Their breakfast sandwiches are highly customizable, and all ingredients cooked well and fresh, so if you don’t like your sandwich here, it’s on you. Mine was great, with bacon, egg, cheese and some veggies on an everything. My latte was great too, and I wish I was in town longer to try their cold brews and pour overs. The folks working here, including the owner, were really nice and helpful. I would definitely stop by again if in the area.

We just stopped through on a road trip, but I wish Stu’s Brews could be replicated! Very friendly staff and quality food/drinks. The spicy turkey sandwich was incredible. The coffee was delicious! I loved that this coffee hut had food options since that’s not always the case for smaller drive thrus. 10/10 would recommend.

Favorite coffee shop in Eureka. Staff is always friendly, and every drink I’ve tried has been delicious. The strawberry matcha tastes like old school strawberry milk and I love it so much. Great food too! It’s really nice having organic options with the convenience of a drive thru.

Stu’s Brews is my favorite local coffee shop! With diverse options, friendly service, and a convenient location- it truly is the best little gem! My drinks are always consistent, and I’ve yet to experience the dreaded “burnt espresso” tasting coffee that I’ve had elsewhere.
Their menu is posted online and is super easy to use, and it’s worth following their Instagram to keep up on their specials (strawberry matcha special this month is SO GOOD!) They also have really yummy sandwiches & smoothies- perfect to grab during a lunch break! Love love love Stu’s Brews! 🙂

We’re just visiting the area, but if we were locals, I have a feeling this would become our go-to place. I had a 16oz Hum Yum Caramel Latte and was warned that it was a triple shot. I don’t think I would have noticed because it was so smooth and tasty. I also had a Spicy Turkey Breakfast Sando, which was SO GOOD. Honestly, the best breakfast I have had on this trip. Husband had a Pumpkin Iced Cold Brew and a Banana Bliss bagel and was equally happy with his order. As I write this there are nearly 200 reviews and they maintain a 5 star rating. I will not be the one to change that because it’s well deserved. The care and passion are clear in every part of this coffee shop! Go check it out!

Stu’s Brews is one of the best drive-thrus I’ve ever been to(s). We were greeted by Stu who said “how do you? Do you know what you want or do you need a menu?”
We ordered for two: an iced latte and a brew. Both were ready so quick before we even knew.
We exited the queue and took a sip of our brew. They were delicious and that’s when we knew that Stu’s Brew was the best drive-thru we’ve ever been to.

i’ve been here a multitude of times and i keep coming back because this is simply some of the best coffee i’ve had in humboldt. smooth cold brew, good lattes with properly steamed milk. the veggie bagel is fresh and automatically comes with all the fixings- no crazy up charges to get a nice filling veggie option. i always get local coffee but with places like this around it’s a no-brainer that everybody should hit up stu instead of big corporate coffee.
