Had never visited this spot. Our household enjoys pub trivia and saw an ad that Stumpy’s was offering it. It’s a cute little pub, can see it being a favorite after-work hangout for locals. Autumn was our bartender and she was just the sweetest. You can order food from Maciano’s next door and enjoy it while you drink, or enjoy a beer, chips, and hot dog special from Stumpy’s with homemade relish. I also saw their screen offered a “you get what you get” canned beer/drink special for $3. I tried that and thought it was pretty fun! Got a drink I would have never asked for, but I tried something new, and hey, getting to try little new things can be part of the spice of life. Also, this will sound absolutely nuts, but the ladies’ restroom had the plushest TP I’ve ever come across in any bar/pub Sometimes, it’s the little things that really make a cozy night.

We had a fantastic time at this bar. The ambiance was perfect—relaxed yet lively, with good music and a cozy vibe. The bartender (Caroline??) truly made the experience even better. Her customer service was top-notch! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure my our drinks were always full. If you’re looking for a great place to unwind with excellent service, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Stopped in here straight from a late night flight and the vibes were immaculate. Our bartender Karoline was so sweet & welcoming! We got our drinks quick and chatted with her and a few of the regulars who were also very welcoming and kind. A true midwest feel and experience. Can’t wait to visit this gem again!

Stumpys is a great neighborhood bar with Dive bar elements. Brianna is a wonderful bartender and makes the best Bloody Mary in Rockford. There’s many friendly regulars, and the drinks are reasonably priced. This place has become a favorite spot for some really friendly and hardworking people. Check it out!

Stumbled upon this place while on vacation, and I’m so glad I did!!! I was welcomed immediately by the bartender – I think her name was Bri. She was so sweet and on it with drinks that it just made my experience perfect. I’d literally go back just because she of her attitude and service.
