The maple walnut cream cheese used to be amazing years ago. It tastes similar now but there is an insane amount of walnuts. They must be using the same recipe from previous owners but added triple the walnuts. It used to be cream cheese with some walnuts. Now it’s walnuts with some cream cheese. This used to be my favorite cream cheese! Disappointed now

For the first time I visited here, my son had a game in the area. Thou the sandwich looked delicious tasted ok. It was a manager or owner response when I questioned the cost of a BLT (cold). Her response was we live in New York. My son didn’t like the sandwich, it was over packed with pork bacon. I asked if the sandwich was toasted how much would it cost she said it would cost more. I wouldn’t purchase here again not because of the food it was ok but the cost and way the manager spoke.

We used to love this place but not anymore. Went today for turkey and ham on a flagel, chicken wrap and 2 cookies. Paid $30 for 2 pieces of turkey and ham and a cookie with a bite out of it that was hard as a rock.
The woman in front of me got chicken salad on a bagel and when they handed it to her she said “pretty skimpy on the chicken salad!” They looked at her and said nothing.
Seems like they are trying to save money by putting minimal amounts on sandwiches.
Not sure what happened to this place, but won’t be going back! Check out the photos

Unfortunately, my recent experiences with him have been extremely disappointing. I found his approach to customer service lacking, and his communication style unprofessional and dismissive. The food is very similar to a Dinner but the prices are so much better. They have a variety menu from bakery to sandwiches and delicious meals.

This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had. They forgot a bagel in my delivery and I called back and they kept passing me off and hanging up on me. I don’t know what happened to this place, but it definitely went down. The food isn’t even the same. This will be my last time ordering from them.
