Can’t recommend this one. The eggs were overcooked and dried up and the hash was burned. I would not have served food in this condition but I ate it because I was hungry. The potatoes were equally dried up and overcooked- most likely out of the frozen food section. Nothing home cooked about it. I won’t be back. Keep serving the locals.

This was a very busy place at 1 PM on a Saturday. I get the idea that this place gets lots of locals and regulars. These ladies were buzzing around like bees .
I’ve visited the other Studebacker’s location a few times, and I was excited to visit this one as well.
The only reasons I am not giving them five stars is because we received Chili that was burnt (which our waitress graciously removed from our bill), and because of my disappointment over the Tater Skins.
I have had this dish at the other location, so I thought I knew what to expect. Instead, the pieces were very big and the potatoes were not seasoned.
There is supposed to be a spiral squirt of sour cream covering the dish (as it is pictured in the menu), but I only got a small cold portion on the side in a small cup.
The kitchen forgot to add bacon as well, which the waitress noticed, and she had to go get the bacon from the kitchen, so it wasn’t melted in either.
I must say our waitress was wonderful, however. She even put my food and drink into take home containers for me.
Also, our bread was warm and soft.
We will definitely go back, but we will not likely try those dishes again at this location.

This place does not have the technology to accept payments other than cash. There is an ATM however which of course will charge you a fee.

Very good breakfast we had the trucker special. My wife had a half order. I had a four order and there was no way I could finish it all, but it was so delicious.

There was 6 of us out celebrating our Moms Birthday. She and my sister in law got the boasted chicken, my Brother got the ribs, great BBQ sauce on them really tender. Our youngest and I got all you can eat spaghetti which had lots of meatballs and spaghetti sauce was great too. My husband had liver and onions which he also highly recommended. We was served fresh loaf white bread and wheat. Yum. Food and service was EXCELLENT

The restaurant is seemingly true to the name “country restaurant “. This was a place you kinda felt very at ease being at, there is a small diner bar in the front and booths throughout. This diner is cash only, there is an ATM inside if you didn’t bring cash. The food was very good, I went with the breakfast burger and home fries a La carte. The burger was cooked very well and the egg was cooked nicely as well. All the food had a very nice flavor to it, we plan on coming back soon.

For little mom and Pop restaurant, they have three locations in that area. I recommend the roasted fried chicken is amazing. They have a great breakfast a bit pricey for the location but really good food.

The food here is good quality and very tasty. However, you will find some of the servings sizes such as the breakfast skillet to be very small. They are also very unorganized. My family got their meal and they almost completely ate their meals before I got my meal. I had to wait over 1/2 hour to get my meal and we were just about ready to leave when I finally received it. Our bills were also wrong because the waitress added drinks on our bills that we never ordered. We had to ask the cashier to remove the drinks from the bills and she seemed angry that she had to do so. No smile and no sorry for the mistake on the bills!

we stopped in for lunch I had a burger, my wife had a chicken salad sandwich, we both had sides. the burger was so-so, the bun was soggy, and they didn’t add all the condiments I had asked for. we both got “platters”. Her sandwich, had what seemed like over boiled chicken that was hard and had very little taste Our sides were Slaw and Fries the slaw was ok, but was cut large, and the fries were not fresh made but frozen from a bag the meal cost us $41+ change for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and 2 sides each, very pricey for mediocre food in a diner that only takes cash I should have read the reviews before we stopped in we won’t be back
