We were traveling through Carthage and staying for the night. Don’t let the building fool you. The food was amazing. The BBQ sauce was excellent, the sides were good and the Brisket was tender. The price was great, service was quick and the food excellent. A must try if your in the area.

A little more on the pricey side compared to the other places in the same area but DEFINITELY WORTH IT! Everything I’ve ordered from there so far has been amazing! Don’t forget to grab the banana pudding for desert! Some of the best I’ve had! Taste just like Nana’s “nana pudding”!

New to area. Grew up on Eastern N. C. Bar-B-Q. This “fits the bill”. Went twice last week. Hushpuppies were hot and would melt in your mouth. The slaw was good. Oh, the Brunswick stew was an unexpected treat!

Bar-B-Q was super and brisket and hush puppies were very good. I wish the hush puppies were hot….they were close to warm. Employees are very friendly.

I have to write this review in 2 parts because I got to take a nap in the middle of it. Try both sauces on the BBQ and if you dont try the Cobb you will probably be arrested for negligence. Talk about some good food. They got a lot of food here so if you use the drive thru, bring a truck. Amen.
