Enjoyed our first time here for some delicious food.
I received the best ribs ive had. The food was all phenomenal and I will be back as we are in the area alot. Service was good and so was the vibe. I enjoyed they barrels of peanuts for anyone also.
The pickles……loved em!!!
I know things are spendy now days but for a family of 4 it was $102. That is my only complaint as it was a pretty good size bill for 2 adults and 2 kids. Soda was $4……..Buuuuuut I was very happy with everything else. Food was delicious. Service was great. Vibes were good. The decorations nice and DIY which we liked alot.
Even better its right off the snowmobile trail and atv route which is cool!

First time there but not my last! We have driven by here multiple times but never stopped. Well worth the stop! Great beers on top and sassy waitress was very helpful in choosing food and beverages. Free peanuts and Olympics on the TVs. Good selection of bbq sauces. My only complaint was that the kitchen staff was under staffed causing delay in getting the food. I had the brisket grilled cheese and spicy slaw. Two thumbs up! Next time I’m going to try the brisket tacos. 2 entrees for $25 on Wed and Thurs! Enjoy!

The food was exceptional, just the right amount of smokey flavor. It had a traditional environment you would expect from a small house, it was neat and clean. The server Laura, was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back, I was passing through but I’m willing to make the one hour drive to come and enjoy the food here again !
No matter what smoked meat is your choice, I would definitely add the pop-over with strawberry butter !!!

I usually never leave reviews but I was very disappointed in my experience. We ordered two appetizers, which were forgotten about. When our meal came out we mentioned it to the waitress. Instead of asking if we still wanted them, she brought them out after our meal. It would have been fine if the would have comped them (or even one) but that didn’t happen. The portions were also very small for the price. The $26 brisket platter consisted of three very thin slices of brisket. The brisket nacho appetizer that was finally brought out had almost no brisket at all on top (we had to search for it), and the spicy link appetizer resembled a single cut up hotdog. Not to mention the waitress didn’t check on the table once between the time we ordered and got our food, which was exceptionally long given the number of people in the restaurant at the time. On a positive note, the beer was tasty, but I only had one because the waitress wasn’t around to order another.

For the little town of Trego, this place is great. Sat outside last summer with a bunch of family members. Had very good service. Lots of different food choices were ordered. Brisket sand was great. My wife loved her nearly-burnt (on purpose) brussel sprouts. I enjoyed the Ha-Spoonah Colada and Red Right Hand beers. We’ll be back summer 2025.

Stopped in kind of early during the off-season. The space is great, clean and inviting. The service from Heather was phenomenal. She was very friendly, offering options to our kids, filling in details about the menu, and just seemed happy to be there. That service goes a long way!
Unfortunately I found the meat to be very average. I got the brisket and pulled pork platter. The brisket was tender but a bit cold, and neither meat had much of a detectable smoky flavor. The sides fared better, with amazing fries and good cheese curds (if interesting square cut). Fried green beans were batter heavy, which detracted from them overall. Pineapple slaw was a good complement.
We will definitely come back a try it again during a busier time. I think that would help with the meat.
