A 100% vegan, fast-casual restaurant located on Buffalo’s west side. We serve sandwiches, salads, milkshakes, desserts, and coffee among many other things. We’ve been in business in Syracuse since 2008 and opened our first Buffalo location at 295 Niagara Street in July of 2022.

This was our first time eating at Strong Hearts. My husband ordered the Mac and cheese burger. We shared the loaded fries. I ordered the chicken finger sub, but had it on a gluten free wrap.

Absolutely FANTASTIC place. All vegan food on the menu. Very wide selection. The vegan chicken sandwiches we had were delicious and beautifully presented. Clean, safe, super comfortable atmosphere. Great decor, gender neutral bathrooms. Awesome selection of desserts. Super friendly staff. Fresh flowers on every table.

Strong Hearts is amazing. The food here is the best! And their dessert options are really impressive. You can get pretty much anything, and it is usually always available. The size of the portions for everything I have tried are HUGE… No lie. And food quality is second to none. Appreciate the great food and consistency every time I’ve visited. The BIG sMACk Burger is super good! Also pictured is the Double Trouble burger, Italian Deli sub, and Oreo cupcake.

Loved my sandwhich at this place. I was passing through Buffalo did a quick vegan search and found strong hearts. They have a robust menu, so I went with a classic Chicken Parmesan sub. It delivered! They nailed it. Loved the fries too. Ill be back for some buffalo wings and a shake next time I’m in town!!

This review is based on the pierogies, Chipotle peanut noodles, carrot cake cupcake, faux hostess cupcake, and the chocolate chip cookie. The pierogies were delicious, they weren’t like most pierogies, they appeared to be baked, the texture of the dough was more crispy, they were flavorful, the feeling was smooth and creamy, the overall texture was nice and the toppings were fantastic. The Chipotle peanut noodles were nothing to write home about, they weren’t very flavorful. I heated them up and they tasted a little better, the texture was good and the sauce on them had a silky mouth feel, but they just didn’t have enough flavor for me. The chocolate chip cookie was soft and had a great flavor. The carrot cake cupcake was rather dry and mealy. The frosting was good though. The faux hostess cupcake was also kind of dry and didn’t have much flavor except for the frosting which was good. I suspect that both of these cupcakes were dry because of being stored in a refrigerator. After microwaving them a little bit the texture and taste improved minimally. Would not order any of these things again except for the pierogies.

Delicious coffee and food. We had the breakfast sandwiches and macaroni salad. The tempeh bacon is so so delicious. The coffee is some of the best I’ve had. Excellent cupcakes and milkshakes, too. Love a vegan for the animals restaurant clearly run by hardcore kids.

Wings were slammin’. The sassy sauce is so flavorful. Dipping sauces were also on point. Mac salad is some of the best I’d had in a long time, vegan or otherwise. Creamy, dreamy milkshakes. Employees were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to give us the best possible experience. Clean and hip atmosphere. Really enjoyed my visit here!

Fast and amazingly friendly service, amazing food, so many options, and a beautiful location. Nothing more you could ask for. Also, they have so many amazing dessert options. I also got a latte that was actually better than most I’ve had. It was sooo good. Edit – came back and got the chocolate peanut butter cake and it was amazing
