Clean restaurant and ambience. We had the veggie ramen it was okay, it had too much of broth which tasted watery. Service is quick, not much interaction with staff since everything can be done via the QR code.

Not sure why there are so many 5/5 for this place. This place is not very good. Service is almost non existent. My water was never refilled. Crispy pork skin was decent. Chicken karaage was meh. It was cooked too long, not very moist inside, lack of juiciness. The chicken karaage at Kitakata Lombard did it better. The ramen was meh. Broth wasn’t memorable and lacked flavor. Only reason I gave the food 2 stars is for the meat lovers rice bowl. That was pretty decent. I liked the variety of meat but some of it was a little dry. This place is a one and done for me. Honestly, you’re better off just walking over to Pho Noodle Station or inside the food court of Park to Shop.

The restaurant is very clean, that was the first thing I noticed. The menu is best looked at on your phone using a QR code, but they also offer a paper menu. The menu has photos and descriptions of items. Our waiter was great and offered suggestions which were all delicious. We started with the pork gyoza. It was very flavorful. Next was Tonkotsu ramen with pork belly. The broth was delicious, the pork belly was tender and flavorful, and the noodles were perfect! We will definitely be back again!

My Friend brought me to this restaurant on a Tuesday not knowing that it was their resting day, so we went on a Wednesday the following week. The wait was worth it! The restaurant itself is very nice inside, very colorful and the decor makes it look very artsy. The menu is on every table with a QR code, one orders and pays thru that QR code. Our food was delicious and the portions are huge. I wish there was a lunch size portion because the portions are big enough for two people. I don’t have much experience with ramen, but I can definitely say I really enjoyed mine and I recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I are avid ramen lovers. Last night I was interested in trying out the new Strings Ramen shop here in Aurora. Apparently there are several across the country. I was impressed with the decor as it had a very “Japanese” vibe when we walked in.

The atmosphere is simple and welcoming. We were greeted as we entered. The staff was friendly and was ready to answer questions we may have about the food. The food was delicious. My wife got the curry ramen which she absolutely enjoyed. I got the shoyu prime which I greatly enjoyed as well. The flavor was good and the noodles were well made. Just the right firmness. The only issue I had with the ramen was the amount of onions given. If you enjoy em you’re in luck but for me they were a bit much. We also had the Takoyaki which just like the ramen was very delicious. They were hot and treated so fresh. Highly recommend em. We will definitely be back to enjoy some more ramen.

We went there for a late lunch early dinner (~3pm) on a Saturday, there was no wait. Once seated you order through a QR code and once it is ready the waitress will bring you your food. Portions are very large, my order was the Shio ramen & as I was full it looked as if I had barely touched it. The waitress comes and packs your left overs for you to take home. Payment is also completed through the QR code, don’t forget to have your phone charged before coming here!

This is a new establishment and I’m glad we chose this place for a mid-week date night. We got veg gyoza, veg yakisoba and veg hell ramen. Every dish was excellent! We got a spice level 2 ramen and I thought it was plenty hot for my Indian taste buds. The yakisoba was delicious! The broccoli in it was well cooked which is often not the case. It comes with a side of seaweed soup with scallions. I’m not a fan of seaweed so couldn’t finish it. Loved the gyoza as well. The service was fantastic and I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. We will be regulars here for sure now.

I ordered yakisoba with kurabuta and extra noodles. It was amazing! Honestly don’t know if I will try anything else from here since it was just that good. Also I took this photo before the broth and forgot to take one after.
