Streetcar 520
Streetcar 520 has a fun, upbeat vibe with an industrial feel and a lively atmosphere—especially on a Friday night when the place is clearly well loved and busy. The menu offers a great mix of different cuisines, and the food recommendations were absolutely on point. Everything my husband and I ordered was delicious.
Because it was so popular, the restaurant felt a bit stretched on staffing, but the team was still welcoming and doing their best in a very full dining room. The space was clean, and we were greeted warmly, which made the experience even better.
I’d definitely recommend making reservations on the weekend. Overall, a great spot with excellent food and energy—highly recommend!

Great happy hour specials, service and atmosphere is top notch. However some of the appetizers fell short. The hummus and pork bao id skip altogether. The Korean bao was delicious, the fries and curry were good but lacked any hint of spice. The Mac and cheese was delicious but needed some salt.

I went there for the first time last night for a friend’s bachelorette dinner. The service was wonderful, our server was prompt and very friendly. She also made one of us a quick mocktail that wasn’t on a menu for someone who wasn’t drinking, which was extremely kind. The Korean Chicken Bao buns were delicious, and I also had the 520 Burger. Instant new favorite. All the flavors in the burger came together beautifully, and the meat practically melted in my mouth. Fries were a great texture too. Overall great experience, mouth watering food, would happily recommend and I’ll be coming back soon for date night 🙂

This has been on our list for a while, and we finally made it there. They offered some great happy hour deals. The Carnitas Bao Buns were really delicious. My wife had the Ahi Poke, which was excellent. They use top-quality ingredients in all their dishes. I ordered the 520 burger and appreciated how it had more meat than bun. The meat was very good quality. The drinks were enjoyable, and the service was fast and friendly. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

Giving it a generous 3 stars, and for $30 per person (without cocktails) mid level doesn’t cut it. I could go on about food quality/freshness-but going in to an empty restaurant should have been a red flag-lesson learned (again). Won’t be going back, despite the great atmosphere.

Great place, loved the variety of the menu. Got the bowl from the brunch menu. Do be warned if you go on the weekend you’ll likely only be able to order off the brunch menu which still has lots of delicious offers.

Came here during Happy Hour. I absolutely love the vibe here – the graffiti art is gorgeous and the interior design really unique. My server was also kind. Prices are also very decent for Colorado Springs especially the happy hour menu!

Absolutely a must visit for great food and drinks. Cheeseburger, Bao Bun Sliders and Mac N Cheese are phenomenal. Consistent great food quality and fantastic service every time we go. Fries are the best in CO Springs and the Curry sauce for dipping is unreal.

Decided to try this place with friends and family as a birthday gathering. The food was amazing! Complex textures and tastes that would tantalize even the pickiest of taste buds. We ordered the Korean Chicken Bao Buns as a starter. They were coated in a Thai chili glaze that gave a slow burn kick at the end. The gochujang aioli was tangy and salty. It complemented the sweetness of the chicken well. The orders for the table consisted of the 520 Burger with melted Brie, Bacon and a side of FF’s; Old Skool Burger with Swiss Cheese and Avacado and a side of the Gouda Mac and Cheese. Both diners said the Brisquit Burgers melted in their mouths. Barramundi with a side of shaved brussels, caramelized onion, kale, roasted apples and chimichurri (to die for ); The Blackened Salmon that was laid atop of roasted red pepper hummus, a small mango cilantro salad with ginger soy & blood orange dressing. Everyone enjoyed their meals! For everyone that enjoys a fruity drink I would recommend the Drunken Sparrow. It’s a combination of dark rum, spiced rum, coconut rum, dry curacao, pineapple, lime and some simple syrup for a perfect finish!
The restaurant atmosphere was laid back. Although they had a bar it seemed like a place you could also bring kids to during the day time. And at night come back for a date, gals night, or even a solo adventure. Service here was top tier ! I will definitely be back!
