I’m sure our server was just new or something, but it was a bit of a struggle getting all of our orders in and having to repeat ourselves so much. Besides that, the food is pretty good. I got a salmon dish that was absolutely fantastic, but other people got burgers and whatnot at my table and said that they were really salty. It’s a little pricey as well, but there is a great atmosphere. Overall not a bad spot, for going to before a show at the Aronoff.

Tasty! Stopped in for a bite after wandering around downtown. Was not disappointed! We each got one of the specials, both were delicious! The soup was downright amazing. Their specialty drinks were really tasty and well balanced. Main courses were cooked to perfection, the salmon had a wonderful crust to it, the filet was simply divine. Desert was decadent, plates were almost licked clean. 10/10

First time visiting and actually had never heard of it before this past week. It is a block from the Aronoff Center, so very convenient before a show. The place is very nice, well decorated and very comfortable. The food was delicious. Not a huge menu, but plenty of options. Large drink menu with tranditiinal and specialty drinks. After 8:00, the back room (called the Unexpected), turns into a speak easy bar. Just a great atmosphere overall. Will definitely be going back for dinner or even just casually going out for drinks.

The ambiance, location, food & service were great. The burger roll, salmon sandwich, sweet potato fries and au gratin potatoes were very yummy. Interior is dark & cozy. Restrooms are a walk down the hallway. The paper menus were speckled with grease stains & bit of food. Luckily, the other parts of our experience were fantastic.

Great location with a beautiful fun patio in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Excellent service (our server William was awesome!) and interesting menu options. Our only reason for four stars is that while our meal was delicious, my husband’s salmon wasn’t filling and he needed another meal afterwards. We are very active health conscious diners so don’t eat appetizers, but seek hearty entrees and unfortunately, he left hungry.

Low key bar, but increasingly popular because their casual food is top notch (among the best downtown).

I satisfied my appetite with boneless wings while relaxing to a nice Bourbon cocktail. Service was great.

Pro tip: ask them about Unexpected Speakeasy (through their back door) – they’ll tell you how and when you can secure a reservation for the best kept secret for a nightcap downtown.

Apparently they were short staffed the night we were there, but the server was moving from table to table and the food was worth the wait!! Thursday night was 1/2 price wine and very reasonable prices for excellent food.

Can’t wait to go back.

Food was great, the server was courteous, asked if we were seeing a show so they knew if we had a timing to consider. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts.

The food was tasty. The meat was very tender, and fries were crispy. But all of the food was a bit salty…
The restaurant interior itself seemed a high-end, fancy style, but TV(one was broken) with sports like a sports bar had a different suggestion.

Partaking in Cincinnati Restaurant Week, I chose Street City for their variety of menu options. I ordered Mushroom Soup, Short Rib Pasta and the Molten Chocolate Cake. Everything was just fine. Nothing really stood out, in neither a good nor bad way. Just middle of the road. They are definitely playing it safe with their menu options and flavors.
The atmosphere is chic and the furnishings are mid-century mod-like. I love the style of the place.
Good to note, they offer Happy Hour at the bar Monday- Friday from 4pm- 6pm. There, I enjoyed my super tasty Manhattan.
Cheers!
