Really really bad, where it is impossible to give them a “pass” or not make a public review post about it. I see from other reviews and just my own two eyes that this business is completely different from my visits past years, and so under new ownership. I paid real money for a Turkey Bacon, Lettuce, & Tomato (BLT) sandwich. Everything was done wrong and also fraudulently. There was no bacon, a more premium item, included in the sandwich. The man still wrapped it up and sold to me as a BLT with a smile. Then, the turkey meat is completely disgusting with clear gelatin holding together the “meat” as a fake filler. This is not a delicatessen by any means, the business uses pre-packaged goods and I think this goes for the condiments or toppings as well. Really gross. For the sake of public health, no one should patronize this business. The owners should not be allowed in food services.

First time I come to this place, the place is clean, plenty of space, the attention is ok, the food is delicious, the only thing missing is more organization. Maybe another help for the person in front because he serves the customer and makes sandwiches there, too. I prefer someone else to be there helping. I’ve been coming here to eat a few times a week for the last 4 months. The staff is my favorite part, aside from the Asiago bagels, both are always so warm and the staff is super friendly and move quickly, always with a smile and quick to help ☺ The menu offers the right amount of options, not too many to overwhelm you and the bagel selection is great. Overall 10/10, the food is tasty, atmosphere is welcoming and bagels are plentiful. Definitely my favorite place to brunch in Riverhead!
