Came here with my 61 year old mother and they hooked her up with a coffee she really enjoyed and they made my caramel frap just the way I like it. I really dig the vibe here. If I lived in Middletown I’d hit it up more often.

I absolutely adore this place. The staff and owner are insanely nice and cool people! This is an awesome place to come get work done , meet up with a friend or to make a quick stop before your busy day. The aesthetic inside is unique and its own. Dont know much about coffee or not sure what you’d like? Not an issue! The staff here is super helpful and knowledgeable, if you live near by i highly recommend this place.

Came in on veterans day for the first time, just had ice mocha caramel latte. It was not overly sweet and maintained a nice flavor balance of coffee. Will be coming often. Not to mention they offer a veteran discount all year!

A really great coffee shop in Middletown Ohio.
Came for our morning caffeine fix and this place looked great. We made the right choice. We prefer small owned businesses as opposed to chains when we can find them.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. They were also super fast.
They have TONS of flavors and different drinks they can make. I had Irish creme with pestacio and it was easily one of the best coffee lattes I have ever had.
The decor and atmosphere was also great. The only maybe downside was the lack of treats and food. They had some muffins and other pastries but what they had looked good. Also the coffee was so good it doesn’t matter.
I HIGHLY recommend Straight Shot Coffee.

You can ask the owner every time you go in what’s good today and she’s never been wrong! Just a really nice small town coffee shop, with comfortable seating and good people. The drive-through is pretty efficient as well!

Extremely hit or miss. The first time I came, I got a perfect cappuccino from someone working in the evening. Half foam half milk with more of a concentrated espresso flavor. I returned on a Monday morning, and the baristas seemed to have forgotten the concept of a cappuccino. I got a latte twice and the second one was worse than the first. Tasted like flavored milk. Wish I could’ve spent that 7 dollars somewhere else. Dumped it and went to Starbucks.

After reading the reviews, my husband and I decided to give this place a try. Since his retirement, one of our favorite things to do is explore local coffee shops, so we have been to many of them.
The shop is a bit of the beaten path, but when we walked in I was pleasantly surprised with how cozy and inviting the shop was.
We were greeted very warmly and I immediately felt at ease with the friendly welcome.
We ordered off the seasonal menu. A pumpkin spice latte for me and a apple chai for my husband. I was disappointed our coffees came in styrofoam cups. I would have preferred a ceramic mug. It just adds to the experience and the environment. My latte was just ok. However, my husband’s drink was so scalding hot, that he burnt his mouth quite badly.
Overall I think the place is super cute and the service was friendly. Just not the best coffee I’ve had.

The atmosphere was cozy, we ordered the caramel apple muffins too which were pretty good. We also ordered a caramel apple chai latte to go with it and honestly, it wasn’t good. It was 7$ and some change for a small size with cold foam, and I ended up dumping it and going to Starbucks
