Today I door-dashed a Philly cheesesteak with extra meat, provolone cheese and mustard and a regular fries
What I received was a cheesesteak with ketchup and onions. When I called the store, their initial reaction was to blame the dasher and not take responsibility. I was told the dasher gave me the wrong order and they won’t have her pick up from their store ever again. I had to be the one to hold them accountable as I told them I’m looking at the bag with my “order” in it. I asked if the dasher bags the food or the store. She told me it was the store but she picked up the wrong one. I told her I’m looking at the bag with my name and order taped to it but it was not my order…this was their fault and not the dasher.
What a waste of my time. The only reason I give them a single star is because we can’t submit without at least giving 1 star.
Instead of simply telling me they will remake my order and have it sent to me that I could either come to them or call DoorDash to have them redo the order.

I got the original Philly cheesesteak with cheese wiz . 10/10
I also got an order with gravy for my fries . The gravy tasted like they poured salt and pepper packets in it – wasn’t a fan. Also might be better if it was served warm and not cold.
The service was good and quick. The atmosphere was okay – not very well lit kind of like a hole in the wall. Over all I would return.

We’ve tried, we really have but we’re done throwing money away at this place. We love the food and were huge fans of the Peddlers Village location. We were so excited to get a MI location, we don’t have many options here in North MI. So you can imagine how disappointed we are that it is NOTHING like the original location. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten our order right, not one time and we’ve eaten there probably 25 times. They always forget something and/or give us the wrong thing entirely. Tonight my husband picked up food for us, he ordered a chicken Philly, a chicken Cesar wrap, a kids tenders and fries with everything. What we got… no fries, a steak philly instead of chicken, a melted styrofoam box of very well done chicken tenders, an ice cold chicken Cesar wrap. My husband noticed the missing fries right away but not the rest. Yes I could call, again, and we could go up there and get new food but we’re not going to. My husband just put in a 12 hour work day, I’ve been home sick with Covid, our kids are hungry and I’m just not up to driving 15 min back there just for them to take a third try at getting our order right. Y’all need to get it together!!!

This was my 2nd order. The cheesesteaks are okay… however the over all quality isn’t where it needs to be.
I paid an additional fee for extra cheese and as you can see whatever “extra” cheese I got is on the foil and not the cheese steak.
The garlic knots I ordered, were not only hard as a rock (making them inedible) but burnt to a crisp. I’m not sure how these were able to be sent out of the kitchen, but I’d be interested to find out.
I have also attached photos of additional items that were ordered ( a pizza & Stromboli ) , I will let you all be the judge…

A little disappointed. First of all, customer service is not the issue. The young ladies there are very friendly and service is fast. The issue is that I did not receive what I asked for. I showed pictures (from their website) and advised that i like cheese sauce. Even asked for it in a carton instead of foil so that there is no cheese transfer. However, this is what i got. Very disappointed and will not go back.

Best cheesesteak and hoagie I’ve had outside of philly. Got a tomato pie too just cause I’ve never seen it outside of philly. I got the cheesesteak with wiz cause if it’s an option that’s what you do. Amoroso rolls, herrs chips, no eye contact or warm atmosphere, check, check, check. True philly experience. 5 stars, go birds!

Very little cheese if any, very little onions and very little mushrooms. See pictures.

I’ve had many mixed experiences with this place. They are wildly inconsistent. Had some incredible hoagies and phillies, and had some instances where they forgot to include pizza sauce on a pizza that was supposed to have sauce.
