While we have enjoyed ourselves the few times we have been, I will say the only thing lacking has been the food quality sometimes. The burgers I’ve had are just ok, and the catfish was a little greasy. Their pies are amazing though. Definitely has the small town “locals” only vibe, but they have always been very nice when we’ve been in. It’s a nice option close to home.

We are always trying to stop at small local eateries and we found a gem. If you are looking for fancy this place isn’t for you. It is just a plain building that serves amazing food. I had the Chefs salad and Trish our server said that the large size was huge. It was but the best part is that it might have been the freshest salad I have ever had. My husband had the Catfish special and he loved it. You won’t be disappointed.

Cooks know how to make all styles of eggs correctly. Scrambled hard, runny, over hard, over medium, over easy… they can do it all.
Atmosphere here is county and Christian. I highly recommend this place and I can’t wait to come back for more.

First time visitors for lunch. The weekend specials are a great value. The wait staff was friendly, efficient, and anticipated our needs. I would rank them 5 stars. However, I found the catfish to be just average. Thin filets that had more breading than meat and quite greasy. Overall I would probably return, but order something different.

Their breakfast and dinner is excellent! The workers are very friendly.! They go beyond just the good service. I had lost contents to my wallet outside of the restaurant on a Bench. They didn’t just keep it in their register, waiting for someone to claim it. They actually drove to my house to return it!

Yesteryear prices and farmhand portions. You’d better be hungry!! Giant mugs of delicious coffee were refilled happily. A customer helped out when the staff was too busy.
We sat with a guy who welcomed us as all other tables were full.
This was a fun down home friendly place with the biggest pancakes I’ve seen since my mom made them skillet sized! 1 is like 4 or 5!

Staff is very friendly! Service was fast.
The only con is when people get the talking in there the acoustics are loud.. we had a couple of lady’s sitting in the next booth over yapping on their phone for everybody else to hear. It’s just plain out rude.. I would recommend going there and trying the business out..

While I wouldn’t say the food is “the best,” it is the best value and the environment is amazing. I would expect nothing worse than any fast food and they really try their best. The quesadilla is an amazing value.
