Don’t skip on this place. This restaurant was absolutely adorable so esthetically charming, cozy, with that southern charm! We were greeted right away when we walked in, and our waitress was wonderful. We’ll definitely be stopping by again! Everything we ordered was delicious, but the burger I had was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The pumpkin cheesecake was also incredible truly the best cheesecake I’ve had anywhere, and I cannot forget the bread with the cowboy butter thaf was also delicious. Everything tasted homemade and made with care. We drove all the way from Alabama to eat here, and it was such a gem of a find completely worth the drive!

Beautiful place! I did not order as I did not see anything vegan/gluten-free on the menu so I just enjoyed talking with my family. The owner came over to check on things and explained to me that they actually did have a few sided I could have ordered! Maybe he could add little GF/V symbols beside of the foods so people will know. Very nice guy and even asked my advice on some foods he could add to the menu for people with dietary issues. A couple of the meals were expensive but most were around eighteen dollars to twenty dollars. My family enjoyed their meals. We basically lost the waitress after we got our food so that was not great. Gorgeous decor! My only negative was the parking lot is in horrible shape and quite dangerous for a disabled person like myself. I know that is a very expensive fix, but I hope he will be able to get to that soon. Would definitely return to try out those items he told me about.

We have eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed!! The food is great, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is beautiful!! The portions and quality are well worth the price!! I had the four cheese ravioli with chicken, and there was enough for two meals!! Also, the chocolate bomb is chefs kiss!!

Gracious and lovely, engaging, friendly and kind waitress took care of us well. Friendly manager/owner came to our table and asked how the food was. (We ordered the the Havarti burger with bacon jam and all the fixings and shoestring fries with herbs on top) I told him: “It is probably the best burger I have ever had. (It actually was) It tastes as good as it looks!” My hubby agreed. We both really liked the fries. We took home some lemon blueberry cheesecake for later. Great dining experience, quiet, country music playlist, beautiful interior. It is obvious this business and people love what they do, aim to please, put their heart into it. This is what happens when you you put love into what you do. Love and perfection. Thanks for great food and dining experience!

I did restaurant research for our vacation prior to leaving home. Found two interesting spots in Pulaski for dinner and one was closed so we landed at StoryBrook Farms Eatery. And we both were SO GLAD WE DID! Unassuming on the outside, delightful on a smaller, intimate scale on the inside. There is a bar area, tables and two alcoves that seat four people. Monty took us to our table and Addison was our server. I ordered the Havarti Burger and my husband the Caesar Salad with chicken and a Mac and Cheese. as a side. LOVED my burger with shoestring fries that came with and he truly enjoyed his entree and side. We had a great conversation with Dan, the owner, who explained they make their own croutons, hand cut the fries, hand cut the parmesan cheese, and hand cut the romaine hearts. He sent Mama Dee out to our table so we could compliment her delicious cooking. She was so sweet and we could tell she was touched that we wanted to tell her how much we enjoyed how flavorful her dishes were. Wish we lived closer as we would dine here regularly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We ate here for lunch over the weekend and will definitely be coming back! Yes, the prices are a little higher, but the quality of the food is on par with the better restaurants in Nashville, which are in a similar price range. The portions are very generous and we had plenty of leftovers to take home for later. The atmosphere is very inviting, even the outdoor seating looked comfortable. It was busy, but our orders still came out quickly. All of the servers were very friendly and attentive to any needs. As for the food, everything was fresh and light, yet still satisfying. I ordered the Wicked Tuna Melt with a side salad, all of which was great. The sprouts on the Tuna melt were a nice addition and kept it feeling fresh and healthy. The side salad could have been a meal on its own. My son ordered the Turkey Avocado Bacon sandwich and truffle fries, both of which were also delicious. I heard the Pulaski Prosperity sandwich is really good, I’ll be trying that next!

A restaurant Story starts here! A family and local server are overly kind, Johnny on the spot, and made our visit into a family event. After watching with anticipation the remodeling of a historic building, I knew their attention to detail insured every client visit was anticipared with the customers approval.. Of noteworthy mention, we did travel often for miles to Huntsville, Al., Franklin, Columbia, Lawrenceburg, ect for other restaurant options. The exception now in Pulaski is Story Brook. Check out the pictures.
The meals: My wife was not expecting the Totilla Soup to be there. WOW! Tasteful and well done to her complete satisfaction, thank you.
The burger for our friend was phenomenal.
My triple selection of ham, turkey, and roast beef on separate buns was plentiful and I might add, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, onions included. The meat was seasoned with kindness.
The owners are family for us now. After we arrived, we were introduced with their presence at our table, including smiles from the staff there also. Pics, check that out.
The atmosphere is inherently home made and gives you the need of a welcome that I have not felt in a while from other establishments.
In my final thought, I would expect from other town coniseurs to visit soon. God bless the success of Story Brook Farms.

Expensive!!!! The food isn’t anything over the top special to set it apart from anywhere else. If that was the case, I could see charging so much I suppose. My husband and I went for lunch. $60.00. I neglected to read the previous reviews.
I’m not sure how it happened, but we were accidentally served someone else’s food. They were not busy when we went. We were handed a number. So I don’t know how the system failed.
If you can fit the Turkey/Avocado sandwich in your mouth, more power to you. It’s too big to eat like a sandwich. I had to pick it apart. The turkey breast meat was bland.
The twice baked Mac n Cheese was tasty, but very runny.
The Truffle fries were tasty but extremely salty.
The Fried Chicken Club sandwich was tasty.
The Strawberry Cake was delicious.
For being on the expensive side and not really having food to set it apart, we will not patron again.

Beware!!! The prices are very high, my husband and I each got a sandwich and fries and it was over $40.00 before drinks, tip, and tax. The food was ok, nothing spectacular, the atmosphere is nice, the service is polite however they forgot the cheese on my sandwich and when I proceeded to ask if it came on the sandwich she said “no, I don’t believe so” then I showed her on the menu where it said cheese and she said “oh, sorry, let me go grab you a slice.” Fine, but they also forgot my side of pickles (that comes with it, and is on the menu as well) and didn’t even notice when I asked about the cheese that there were no pickles on my plate. Also, we only left a $1.00 tip because you leave it when you order before you seat yourself and get your own drinks and refills, and because I assume if you charge $19.00 for a turkey avocado sandwich and some stringy fries with no drink then you must be paying your staff well and they are not relying on tips to pay their bills. I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for over 25 years and I’m fully aware every restaurant is different but it does NOT cost that much, even with margins for overhead and profit, to make a sandwich like that.
One with hardly any turkey-so you fold the turkey over to make the sandwich higher and make it look plentiful….or smash the avocado on the bread instead of slices- you can use less avocado that way…..pile it full of the cheap stuff like onion, tomato, and lettuce to make the sandwich look worth $19.00…..use a thicker bread to also make the sandwich look fuller and worth the fortune you are spending on what should have been labeled a veggie sandwich with a side of turkey. We love supporting small businesses vs chains restaurants but not when they are taking advantage of their customers like this one. We will not be returning.
