I stopped by Stoney’s BBQ in Fort Pierce, Florida early this morning, and I’m so glad I did. This was their first day serving breakfast, and you can tell the team really put care into every detail. The restaurant was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming — the kind of local spot that immediately feels like home.
I ordered the chicken and waffles and a breakfast plate with eggs, toast, grits, and sausage. Everything came out fast, hot, and incredibly fresh. The waffles had the perfect crisp edges, the chicken was golden and seasoned perfectly, and the grits were smooth and buttery. You can tell everything was made to order, not sitting under a warmer.
The staff was friendly and attentive, checking in and making sure everything was right before I could even scroll Facebook. Service like that really stands out. I’ll definitely be going back, especially to try more of the menu and see how the lunch crowd feels once word gets around town.

Delicious home cooked food at a great price. The staff is also friendly and welcoming. Got the $6 snack pack with a rib, baked beans, fried okra, and there was even yellow rice under there and it was delicious

Friendly , helpful staff. First time there and waa undecided on what to order , the cashier suggested the rib combo. That was an excellent suggestion. The ribs were superb, yams were very good, not out of the “can and into the pan”. One drawback, the potato salad was bland and needed more seasoning like more relish and perhaps some onion. I would definitely recommend this place for a good rib dinner

The food was goodt. I had a burger that was very well seasoned. No frozen patty fresh hand formed burger. My husband had the rib special and my friend as well. My daughter had the gizzard basket and the food was really good to taste. Let’s not talk about the lemonade and tea. Great to taste. 5 stars. We will be back.

We hit Stoney’s up for lunch after a morning business meeting. BEST decision for an amazing meal, potential bad decision for business because the ‘itis was real and little work was done after.
I knew it was gonna be good when I parked next to the smoker outside but the meat was better than expected. Couldn’t decide between the ribs or chicken but the menu had me covered, went with both and neither disappointed. If I was forced to pick a winner, I’d go ribs.
My brain was twisted in a pretzel trying to pick two sides because there was about six that I wanted but the chances of me sneaking onto my 6pm flight out of town with left overs would be slim. I went with the collard greens and Mac and cheese. Portions were huge. The collard greens were on point and came out perfect. BOOM !
Service was excellent and the atmosphere made you feel like you were right at home.

We loved it. 5 people, 5 delicious meals. We had the turkey leg dinner and the meatloaf. Portions are large. Food is made from scratch. I prefer patronizing hometown eateries rather than chain restaurants. I recommend Stoney’s. Try it and post your review.

I really enjoyed the burgers, coleslaw and fried okra we had. The sweet tea is exactly how it should be, since I never got much ice in drinks as a kid I am used to the tea being sweet as heck and tasting like Lipton. I look forward to trying their other food as well. The fries are so-so from a bag but they cooked them well. I never really liked crinkle cut myself but others do. I like the skin on and a frash potato, like In-N-Out is my top tier fries so… yeah.

The food to order. Very good customer service. Very clean in dinning room, kitchen and bathroom . Give above your money worth whatever you order. The prices will fit your budget. Meals under $7.00 through the week days. Good complete hearty breakfast the are under $ 7.00 and fresh. Try them you will love their selection of dishes they sale. I rate them above 5

#JimSniperManns at Stoney’s BBQ with #A2PBRAN , having a delicious bbq lunch. Homemade Mac n cheese with delicious collard greens and bbq baked beans. The grilled chicken and ribs are grilled to perfection and smoked just perfectly. Homemade BBQ sauce is savoring tasty good. This is a finger licking good family restaurant, a hidden gem to me and I will be back.. Get in early before the homemade dishes sell out for the day. All meals are fresh and cooked daily.
