What an awesome place for seafood. This is a very local quaint place with only seating for six people This is local seafood at its best. Family owned fresh fish brought in every day by family members with their own traps. Nothing fancy here just excellent food and excellent service. This is a must if you’re looking for seafood in the Daytona area.

These were the most delicious crab legs I’ve eaten in Florida! The seasoning, the amount of food, everything was perfect! Everyone working here was so nice and everything was done on time. We ordered a few hours earlier for a later pickup time. The website and ordering was super easy to use. Highly recommend and will be coming back again.

Been coming here for years. The food and service are great, and the shop as a “neighborhood anchor” vibe. Seating is VERY limited – basically just someplace to wait until your order is ready – so plan on getting a carry out.

This was one of our favorite finds this trip! The owner, Robert, was great! He told us how picky he is and that if it doesn’t meet his standards it doesn’t go out. Everything we had was delicious! The girl, my daughter, requested to try a variety of seafood on this trip since would be right by the ocean. Stoney Farms delivered with their sampler with Cajun seasoning and then we added hush puppies, gator bites, and frog legs just for fun.
This is purely a takeout establishment so we found a park nearby to sit and eat. We forgot to have them crack everything for us so we ended up using the oyster shells as hammers, which worked great! Everything was perfectly cooked, the scallops were so buttery, and the seasoning was just enough to give it a kick but not so much that it masked the flavor of the seafood.
The real surprise were the gator bites and frog legs! We’d had gator in Texas and these were just as good! The frog legs were similar to a lighter version of chicken wings and so so good! If you go I highly recommend you try them!

Stumbled on to this establishment recently in my quest for fresh alligator and soft shell crab. Definitely small traditional family owned business. We arrived early and were entertained with lively conversation by the owner Robert while we waited for our fried alligator, conch, and tilapia. We added 3 soft shell crabs when I had noticed they were available for purchase, we cooked them the following evening. Very good portion sizes and reasonable pricing for seafood. Definitely will making another trip for more gator and soft shell.

Family owned spot for some seriously great seafood. I checked this place out for some fresh seafood and was not disappointed. Everything, and I mean everything, was cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. The crabs were phenomenal and their salmon seafood dip is not to be missed. It is a perfect appetizer to spread on crackers or eat with chips. The owner and his family were a pleasure to talk to. The shop is more of a take out place but it is not to be slept on, the food is amazing.

My Dad wanted stone crab claws for his 88th birthday and Mom’s 77th birthday. I had a hard time sourcing them locally but then I found Stoney Farms. Not only did they have them but they were caught that day. They were fresh and delicious. My parents used to get them at Joe’s Stone Crabs in Miami where they were served with a mustard sauce. Mom and Dad really like Stoney’s mustard sauce too. We also had the large peel and eat shrimp which were fresh and delicious as well. This was all a last minute arrangement on Thursday, I spoke with Evan who was so helpful. On Friday the fisherman was running behind and Evan called to update me. Then later I spoke to Robert his Dad. They were able to get my order on time and cracked the claws for my Dad so they wouldn’t be too hard to eat. This is a shop not a restaurant, that is the only reason I did not grade atmosphere. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks guys my Dad was so pleased.

Stopped at this Daytona Beach gem for fresh seafood. “Stoney Farms Crab Shop” They serve delicious oysters, crawfish, and fish—truly the freshest I’ve found! I felt an instant energy boost after tasting the flavors of the ocean. The friendly staff made my experience even better. This is now my go-to spot for fresh seafood in Florida, and I can’t wait to return!

My boyfriend, his mom and I stopped here for lunch, as we had a long drive back to Canada. We stopped here for the stone crab claws. We ended ordering a bunch of items to share, which were all delicious! The conch fritters, soft shell crab, deep fried oysters…so delicious. I wish we had something like this back home that would offer so much variety. One of the owners was really nice and friendly! He would check up on us if we wanted more warm butter, more napkins, etc. We have a condo in Kissimmee, FL so we will make sure to come back to this shop. Hopefully I’ll get to try their popular deep fried cheesecake next time. Overall, great place to go, excellent customer service, fresh and delicious food, lots of variety to choose from! Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood.

Talk about a 11 out of 10!!! Went in with 5 people to feed, not one complaint, we would have paid double the prices….talk about fresh, seasoned to perfection….and FAMILY OWNED. We watched three generations make magic for one hungry family! Thank you StoneyFarm’s!!!!
