We enjoy going early to get the happy hour discount on the drinks. The blueberry crush seems to be one of our favorites. We had the ahi tuna with vegetables and ginger aoli. It was fantastic! Our appetizer was the homemade chips with blue cheese and balsamic glaze. It was also delicious! We definitely recommend this restaurant, especially going early before the heavy crowd. Every server we have had here is very efficient.

Our experience was not the best. They could not find our reservation but we ended up enjoying a table in the bar area which has open seating. It took a bit to get served but once we placed our order it felt like we were hurried out the door. Our salads came with our appetizer and before we got half way through our salad our food arrived. The prime rib sandwich was average at best with very little flavor. The mahi catch of the day was very good. I didn’t get the wine I ordered to go with my dinner until I was half done. Not the relaxing dinner I had hoped for.

I liked Stonewood Grill and Tavern. Both our salads were really good. For the main course we had a French dip and a steak with shrimp. The steak and shrimp was cooked perfectly, however the French dip was a little dry.

Second visit to Stonewood, was a little busy so we decided to sit in a booth in the bar area which was self seating. Was greeted by Dekota the lead bartender running a crew of two other bartenders. He suggested the traditional bruschetta, and the 16oz prime rib steak “grilled” not on the menu. He took so much time explaining the process of how they cook the food we were sure it would be delicious. Our experience was so over the top from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!

Good vibe, great food and excellent service. Nice selection of wines and cocktails. The braised short rib and ravioli was excellent. Orange cake was a nice desert. The rare was of the prime rib was spot on. Would recommend management monitor the music volume. Was a bit loud at front tables.

Good food and good service. The Caribbean Jerk Shrimp and Scallops were a seasonal special and had really good flavor, but I would have wanted a little more coconut rice and salsa given the price. My server Faith was attentive and helpful, and really added to the experience. I’ll be back again if I’m the area.

The smoked salmon appetizer was delicious. My girl had the Cajun Chicken pasta with spinach, no flavor which was REALLY surpsing, and pasta was overcooked. I had the Caribbean Jerk shrimp and scallops, with coconut milk rice. Very tasty! No 5 stars because not much service, more of an infrequent fly by check in.
