Not sure what has been going on lately but for the past few months the quality has gone down hill. I’ve never complained before and just dealt with it but today it has gone beyond the point of just ignoring the issues. Not sure exactly what I was served here but ordered my usual and got something I have never in my life seen before!

The order was a mobile order and still had to wait 15 min to receive it. The employees were doing their best with only 2 people on duty. The gentleman was taking phone orders and mobile orders that were present had to wait (3 including myself). The place has gone to the dogs since I first moved here in 2019. I would’ve returned back to the store but I was headed to an appointment. The pizza was flat and rubbery. Not the hand tossed that I was expecting. The cookies were burnt and hard. Again, all of this was noticed after I left. I don’t blame the workers I blame the owners and management. The 2 months ago they ran out of pepperonis , they were so busy the same 2 people were trying to do everything. Food handling rules we broken (I.e. not washing hands after handling money, coughing over food without a mask, etc). This is a neighborhood staple and it’s a shame that I have to go downtown for better quality pizza from the same establishment. The prices went up but the quality went way down at the King George location.

I normally have a pretty good experience here, but just ordered around 9:30pm on June 9th and whoever the young guy working tonight was needs more training on making pizzas. It was barely and unevenly cut through, extremely greasy, soggy crust, and cheese was sliding off several pieces. We could hardly pull the pieces apart. They’ve also been getting very minimal with the pepperoni lately. I guess I’d have to add extra pepperoni to get the usual standard amount that other places offer.

NEVER AGAIN! Owner/workers kids running around, bathrooms HORRIBLE. Missing half my order so they gave me burned cookies as a replacement. I was told a manager would reach out regarding refund for the missing items and no one ever reached out. Ordered 45 min before pick up… got there & had to wait another 30 min. Ordered a veggie pizza on flatbread… said she did not have flatbread so gave me cookies. The flatbread was for a vegetarian so we end up having to still get her food elsewhere. I even asked the worker if she could do a veggie pozza on regular crust & just refund me the $3 up charge for the flatbread which she stated she WOULD DO & then brought the cookies! Ordered a taco pizza, she said they were out of lettuce only which I stated was fine if everything else was included. Got the pizza with none of the toppings except the meat/cheese. The only correct pizza was the pepperoni (how easy). I love Stoners but this place needs new mgmt or needs to just be closed period. Everything was dirty.. tables, floor. Not only were kids running around with the tv up loud, the worker also was tending to a baby in the kitchen. I understand you have to do what you have to do, but it shouldn’t be visible for customers. This is also a health/safety issue! Whole experience was horrible. $70 down the drain for 1 correct pizza & a batch of burned cookies.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. They’ve almost tripled the cost of everything, and with that upcharge, you get LESS in terms of everything. Don’t expect competent service, it took them over 15 minutes to figure out how to open the register. Spent $70 for small salad, regular salad(they left off the chicken and salad dressing), and 2 tiny pizzas. The same order previously cost under $40 and it included the chicken(which was ordered by deliberately left off to save money for them) and 2 dressing packets(I got zero dressing) and the entire order would’ve been perfect when it was picked up. Now you’re lucky if they only stare at you with minimal contempt in their eyes since you’re disrupting their tiktok time. This place is a complete waste of money, time, and effort. If you threw your money into a fire you would get more benefit from it than by spending it here.

Worst experience! Ordered on toast and it was shown to have an option to purchase and open till 11pm. Came in from Florida (already in a car for 6 hours) and pick up said ready by 9:45. We drove another 30 minutes to get to this location and arrived at 10:11. The place was closed!! There was a woman with her kids and she told us we didn’t get there by 10. But I showed her the app and it didn’t even show ready for pick up yet and the open hours till 11pm so I wasn’t sure how we couldn’t get our order and there was nothing listed on the toast site showing you had to pick up by 10. She made another excuse about she doesn’t know why the app wasn’t updated but honestly still doesn’t fix that 1) there was no way for her to refund me. It’s over $50 in food and I now have to dispute my credit card and 2) we have no other options in the area and could have gone somewhere else if we would have known this place was closing so soon.

There were only 2 employees working when we went on Tuesday. They had the pizzas ready fast. They were friendly, even being short staffed. The pizzas were so delicious! Will be back again!!!!
