I’m really disappointed with our experience tonight. Our order was confirmed at 6:07 PM. When we arrived at 7:06, we were told it would be “another 30 minutes” because they had just gotten the order — even though it had been confirmed an hour earlier. We were told we’d receive a call when it was ready, but we never got one.
After waiting and trying to be patient, we returned at 8:25 PM (our second trip), and were told, “All we gotta do is slap the mac and cheese on it and put it in the oven.” At that point, it had been over two hours since the order was confirmed.
When I called to check on it earlier, I was hung up on once and then placed on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up. DoorDash ended up giving us a partial credit, and we were able to cancel the order, but still didn’t receive a full refund.
I completely understand that restaurants get busy and things happen — but clear communication and basic customer service go a long way. This experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish.

This place sucks!!! Tell everyone you know! 2 and a half hours waiting for nothing. We ordered at 6:05pm. DoorDash said our order would be ready to pick up at 6:44pm. We show up to pick up our order and dude tells us it’s gonna be 30 more minutes. Cool. No problem. He took down my phone number and told me he’d call me when it’s ready. So we went home and waited. By 8 o’clock we still hadn’t heard anything. We called the store but nobody would answer the phone. So we decided to go up there and check. We got there at 8:30pm and the same dude says that they are still not ready. Just a little while longer. No explanation. No courtesy call or anything. Just left us waiting around for hours. We canceled the order and were refunded all but $10.

Ordered large veggie pizza and the pizza was barely cooked and veggies looked like they were thrown on the pizza after it came out of the oven. Spent almost $30 for one pizza that my wife and I don’t even finish one slice of pizza.
Save your money and go to Little Caesar for $5.00. We will not go back again.

I place an order at 9:18pm tonight for two XL pizzas totaling over $50 worth. I then received a call from stoners telling me they messed one of our pizzas up and asked if it would be okay if they sent the messed up one at 9:31. I gave them some grace and told them that it was fine and to just send it. We them waited 40 more minutes… still no pizza. I called back at 10:12 and i was told it was on the way. I called back at 10:54 and no answer… they were still open. Our pizzas were delivered at 11:18 pm, 18 minutes after they closed. The driver informed us that the manager decided it would be a good idea to send home all the other drivers and make him be responsible of delivering solely for the rest of the night. Again, we had grace over the situation…until we opened the boxes and our pizzas were DESTROYED! This isn’t the first time we have had an issue but will definitely be our last. Absolutely disgusting management and sloppy service.
UPDATE: I CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY, TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND THEY SENT OUT FRESH PIZZAS AND REFUNDED ME COMPLETELY. DEFINITELY IMPRESSED WITH HOW THEY TRIED TO MAKE THIS SITUATION BETTER

This was my first time ordering delivery. The lady that answered the phone was super kind and very informative. The delivery gentleman was very kind. My order was accurate and neat and was delivered way before they said it would be here which was super appreciative with 3 kids! I highly recommend this place!

This will be the last time I order from this place. I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt but the last three times I’ve ordered from this place the pizza has always arrived cold and late. Paid for extra pepperoni as well and received a pizza with regular toppings. Don’t waste your time or money on this establishment. Never again.

I wouldn’t want to eat in at this restaurant I don’t even know if they have seats in there . They do have a good selection of pizzas, some are decent but others are pretty greasy. but hey everybody has their preference. CHEESECAKE STROMBOLI WAS THE BEST THING EVER!

Worth the wait. We ordered at the counter to take with us and the woman told us 10 minutes, which seemed short. I didn’t time them but I’d say it was 15-20 minutes ish. Completely worth it because damn, those were the best pepperoni mozzarella rolls I’ve ever had. We’re going to be regulars here!
