I recently stopped by Stoner Pizza Joint in Tampa, Florida, and overall it was a pretty solid experience, especially if you’re looking for a casual late-night pizza spot.
The pizza itself was decent and satisfying, with generous toppings and good portion sizes. You can tell they don’t skimp, which is always appreciated. The flavors were good, and everything tasted fresh, but I do wish the crust had been more crispy. It leaned more on the soft/chewy side than I personally prefer, and a little extra crisp on the bottom would have taken it to the next level. That said, the pizza was still enjoyable and filling.
The vibe of the place is laid-back and fits the name perfectly — relaxed, no-frills, and easygoing. It’s the kind of spot you’d hit after a long day, a night out, or when you’re just craving something comforting without needing anything fancy. The atmosphere feels welcoming, and the staff was friendly and efficient when ordering.
Service was smooth, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. It’s clear this place is more about quick, satisfying food than a sit-down dining experience, which works well for what it is.

This is a difficult one for me. I finally tried this place which is really well reviewed and liked. This is a neat looking place . There are a few tables you can sit down at if you decide you want to eat inside, including if you have a little family. There’s all the tables are four top tables with one bigger table.
I looked at the menu and noticed that there was a lunch special for pizza slices. It was 155 p.m. when I ordered and I asked the guy who took the order about the lunch special he said that ended at 2:00. I mentioned it was 155 but I kind of got the stare look. He was not mean at all in his response but I was a little confused by it. So then I decided to order a small pizza since it was only me and a soda.
This pizza was pretty good. The cheese was standard and the crust was standard, although maybe slightly undercooked. However, the sauce they put on this pizza is absolutely amazeballs.. the pizza was pretty floppy which I don’t know if that’s normal for this place or not, but just in case anybody want to know that. It came out pretty quickly. Probably within 10 minutes of me ordering it. The guy that was working there just put it on the front counter and didn’t call or tell me it was ready or anything so I went up there and looked at it. Made the assumption it was my pizza. Waited for him to come back around and asked her was my pizza which he said yes.
So to make this short, the pizza is better than average though I think slightly undercooked in my case. The customer service was kind of non-existent but the worker was nice. It is a nice little place and I will be back to try some of the other food. Also, another little thing that I did like was they give you garlic sauce with the pizza or at least they did with mine

My husband and I walked in and ate at the restaurant around 7pm. With the sun shining through and the pizza ovens, the inside is very warm and the fans didn’t help much. That being said, the food was AMAZING! My husband and I agreed it was the best chicken bacon ranch pizza we have had anywhere.

Did an Uber Eats orders for them, I wasn’t even hungry. Boy did they stoned me with that smell!!! I ended my shift eating a calzone. Legalized whatever this business ask for. The FLAVORRR! This must be the pizza Michelangelo (TMNT) ate and got hooked up with. They were very responsible with the Uber order btw. I thought of the picture after I gave a bite so, don’t judge please.

I had been wanting to try Stoner’s for a while and it was as good as I’d hoped. The atmosphere is fun and love the play on words and advertising, such as #LegelizeMarinara. Eric was awesome to chat with and my pizza was out of the oven fresh and perfect. I highly recommend their homemade ranch dipping. I had the 2 slice and a drink lunch special which was quite filling. I’ll absolutely will be stopping by Stoner’s everytime I’m that area. Thank you for a great time. #BlazedApproved

We have ordered from here twice now and have enjoyed our pizza both times! This time I was stunned to be told about a large 1 topping pizza special for $6! Can’t beat that deal! Hope it will hang around! My order was ready at the requested time and. The customer service was friendly and great. We love supporting local businesses especially with specials like that. This place needs to change its customer service staff. They even mistreat app-based delivery drivers and customers alike. They simply don’t care at all. Evidently, the owner of this business is unaware of this, which is unfortunate and very unpleasant. When customers leave after receiving such poor service, the staff curses at them and calls them idiots.
