Waited 10 minutes after my pickup time just to pay, even though my food was ready. Pizza is overcooked and hard as a rock. Not edible. Barely any cheese on the cheese pizza.

Orders delivered are often not what we ordered. Like tonight I orders a no brainer (supreme) with plain cheese and they delivered a pizza. Which cost like half the price of what I ordered. When I called to let them know manager was like I see what happened that’s my fault. Ok no problem can you please deliver the pizza I ordered. No! We will make the pizza you ordered but you have to come up here and get it. (No throught or concern that ordering delivery may mean I don’t have a way to come there or can’t). Ummm. no mama I paid for what I ordered plus delivery fee and delivery tip. She says very sarcastically “ok I will refund your $2 delivery fee” Mind you we paid $6 delivery fee plus $10.53 tip. Plus we all know delivery food is also always marked up meaning i paid more since it was a delivery order. Manager was pretty rude which in turn got me heated as well. Very disappointed in how they handle things. Food is usually good but you will NEVER get what you order.
Also placed an order last week, but it was marked for pick up by mistake. My fault so I called immediately and asked to change to delivery. Manager said can’t do that have to come there. So I asked to please cancel the order and issue a refund. She said she is working alone she will have to do it at the end of the night. She did call me later that night and said she issued the refund. But that was 8 days ago and still haven’t received my $59. 50 refund.

Store is clean and neat. Young man making pizza was all alone but was still very polite, accommodating and as fast as he could be.
It’s simple chain pizza, but good for the price.

Decent pizza but the wings were wrong. For $1.59 per wing and $56, orders need to be correct! Prime example why I dislike leaving tips before service or receiving a product.

Torie is amazing. We came in and she’s the only one out there doing everything, taking order, making pizzas, salads, and sending out the food. And she still had a smile on her face and made us feel special. The food was delicious she definitely put efforts in it we’ll definitely come back next time we in the town

My wife and I ordered the pepperoni pizza, buffalo stromboli, Greek salad, cheesecake stromboli with strawberry sauce, and an order of cinnamon rolls. It was our first time at Stoners and we wanted to try a lot of different things. Everything from the food to the service was awesome! It was a terrific experience and we got to watch Ghostbusters 2 on the TV while we ate our food. Highly recommend this place.
