Not a lot a bang for your big bucks. Food was ok. But for what you pay for it, it’s Sysco level food. Be aware if you order a martini, they charge $2 extra for olives! The martini and the lemon drop were good, but the waiter didn’t ask what Vodka I wanted and charged extra for Grey Goose. They got my order wrong twice. Very friendly about it, but my date had his food and it was getting cold while we waited for mine to come back from the kitchen. Even though they bought out the 2nd order wrong, I didn’t say anything. Honestly, we were ready to eat and get out of there.
For a fine dining steak house, the chairs and tables seam like what you would have on an outdoor patio.
We also looked at their website before we went. The menu online showed that they also serve pasta, pork, and a seafood feature. None of these were on the menu. We were told that they rotate the menu, that’s fine, but website probably needs to reflect the current menu.
Just a heads-up: when I went to make a reservation via Google the restaurant wanted a credit card before they would accept the reservation.

My husband found this place for our anniversary date night. I must say that everything about this place was top notch The chef was amazing. The bartender (Thomas) took time to come over to our table and explain a substitute drink for me. Our server (Kameron) went above and beyond for us. Kameron made sure our visit was the best experience we could have! We ordered steak, lobster, shrimp, asparagus, potatoes and the spinach dip with the pita bread as an appetizer. I ordered the blackberry smash and another drink that wasn’t on the menu yet. I can honestly say that EVERYTHING was superb! I’m grateful for the experience and we will definitely be back! Thanks to the whole evening staff on October 31st.

Stonehouse has become the “go-to” place for us when we want to celebrate a special occasion. Yes, the food is ALWAYS fantastic, the drinks are ALWAYS perfectly crafted and full of character, but the thing that sets it apart for us is the outstanding service!
Tonight was no exception. It’s a Saturday night at peak dinner time, and Kamryn made absolutely certain that we were not wanting for anything. The wine (which we were able to specifically request when I made the reservation) and water glasses stayed filled, the check-in visits were expertly timed, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you Kamryn, you were a blast to spend time with, and are extremelygood at what you do! We look forward to coming back to see you again!

I have been lucky enough to eat at some 5 star restaurants in New York, Philadelphia, D.C , Nashville and other cities. Stonehouse is the best I have had in years. It encompasses what I refer to as the trifecta- amazing food, welcoming atmosphere and wonderful people/service. Sit down and get comfortable, the food will wow you while the atmosphere wraps you like a cozy blanket. But the real stars are the team. We were blessed to have Thomas as our server, I almost don’t want to share that because I don’t want him to become so popular I can’t get in his section.

Wife and I just ate here for our anniversary. First time and we loved it! We made a reservation the day before on their website easily. No wait to our table (even though we were a little early). Our waitress was sweet, knowledgable, and attentive, despite that they seemed a little short-staffed. She made excellent suggestions. I had the Lobster and my Wife had the Filet. We also started with the Spinach and Artichoke dip. Everything was YUM! TBH, we probably couldnt afford to eat this often, but it was a WONDERFUL date-night escape. There were some guests that decided to show each other tiktoks on max volume nearby, but it was not the fault of the staff and I believe that they would have said something if it had kept going. Definitely suggest this place for fine-dining!

This restaurant is at the top of my places to visit when in Fort Smith. The food is exceptional – never had anything that wasn’t a 10! The service is also over the top. Every server is extremely friendly, attentive, and does everything they can to make you have a great experience. Bartenders are amazing.

I made a reservation for a friends engagement party for Saturday. Thursday I called a verified I could bring a cake for our event. They said absolutely! So great, Saturday comes I bring my small cupcakes in the shape of an engagement ring. When I walk in the hostess and waitress both asked me a couple times if I wanted them to take my cake. I politely declined because I was going to sit them by the flowers I brought at the end of the table for when my friend walked in. Right when we started to order the waitress took the cake before I even realized she was taking it. When they brought it out they had rearranged the cupcakes so it no longer looked like an engagement ring. Then on top of that when I got my check they had added a “cake fee” for me bringing my own cake. The fee was never previously mentioned to me, and they ruined my cupcakes anyway. Also worth noting the fee was more than I paid for the cake. Not a great experience. Waitress was super nice, but doing something like this was not ideal. We still had a nice dinner and made the most of it but wouldn’t come back here for a celebration and wouldn’t recommend.

10/10 would recommend. I will say if you are a late party with 8+ do not expect quick meal time! if Shelle & Cameron have your table you will be well taken care of while you at! From help with picking a drink to keeping us entertained— a time was had for my friends birthday! We will definitely be back, thanks again!!!

The flavor of the steak was pretty good and the service started out fairly decent. Now the things that need improvement.
While sitting at our wobbly table waiting for our food, we were offered pork rinds with a fancy name while we waited for our food .. I should have known at that point that we should reevaluate our decision, but since we already ordered, we waited. A little over half an hour later, we got our food .. I ordered the fillet medium rare, it was cooked medium instead. My husband’s steak was half right, it was cooked unevenly therefore his was cooked medium well as requested but half of it was well done. The choices for sides were, well, interesting. Since they don’t offer individual sides, we chose the asparagus because that was one only thing we both liked, it was better than my steak so that’s what I ate but my husband didn’t like the flavor of it at all.
Once we had our food and at first glance it looked fine so we thanked our waitress and went on, she never came back to ask about our food, even though I had only eaten a couple of bites. I had to go ask the hostess for our check, the waitress came and asked if we wanted our food boxed up and when I said no, she gladly took our plates and left the check. We spent over $150 on a meal we didn’t eat. I am beyond disappointed with this place. I’m not a fan of leaving bad reviews but this place really misses the mark. We won’t be back.
