I really want to love this place because when my iced latte is made with fresh espresso shots, it’s excellent. I love that they’re also open before 7am which works for my schedule. However, I’ve now had two visits where, during a rush, my latte appeared to be made using concentrated espresso or coffee from the tap instead of pulled shots and it truly does not taste the same.

I understand being busy, but a latte made with concentrate is a completely different drink. I would happily wait longer for a true espresso based latte. Consistency matters, especially at a local café, and I hope this is something they reconsider because the quality is there when it’s done right.

I visit Stonetower Brews regularly, and it’s become one of my favorite spots! The food is consistently excellent—the salads are fresh and flavorful, and the breakfast tacos are a real treat. I especially enjoy their specials, which never fail to impress. Their themed lattes are a creative and delicious touch that always brighten my day.

The staff make the experience even better: Beck is an amazing barista who’s always welcoming and friendly, and Levi is fantastic behind the counter. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends.

Stonetower Brews’ convenient location and frequent special events make it a go-to spot for me. I also love that they sell coffee beans and growlers of beer, which make for great gifts. Whether you’re looking for a cozy café experience or something unique to share with others, this place delivers every time!

Start with the good: coffee is great. The bad: mobile orders are always messed up or not finished. This has happened more than once. We started putting our orders in 30 mins in advance to make sure they were done but we still have issues. Today they forgot the bagel, which was sitting on the kitchens counter. Took 10 minutes just to get to the cash register to tell them what was wrong. Their service is beyond slow. I don’t recommend ordering from here unless you have over an hour to spare.

Stopped in for coffee and breakfast. My husband ordered a plaim bagel bacon egg and cheese, but they brought out a white toast bacon egg and cheese. He clarified a few times. He also ordered a 20oz hot pumpkin spice latte and they made a 20oz iced pumpkin spice latte. Not great attention to detail & they weren’t busy when we ordered. The rush was 5-10 mins after we sat down so I’m not sure where the confusion was. I ordered a peppermint tea that was amazing with local honey. Perfect amount of honey and tea was perfectly hot. I ordered the breakfast tacos with bacon and shredded cheddar. The eggs were actually cold and the cheese was barely melted. Queso and chips were great. Probably won’t be back because I saw the barista rudely dismiss 2 nice people who were curious about their orders. My husband even confirmed that the iced PSL latte might be his, even though he ordered it hot, and she was rude to him when they messed up his order.

Any food or drink that you order here is phenomenal, as far as taste and quality goes. They actually are my favorite for coffee.
However, the service is horrible. Staff are always friendly, but my advice is DO NOT ORDER on the mobile app. I have tried it multiple times, even times when I thought the establishment wouldn’t be very busy. I always allow at least 45 minutes to an hour, which is way after the pick up time, and the orders are still not ready or parts are missing. Then, you have to wait inside for 30 minutes just to get it fixed. Do not order from here if you are on a time constraint.

I really like this place — the coffee is amazing and the food tastes great.
But I had a bad experience when I ordered by myself. English isn’t my first language, but I know I said two chicken sandwiches. The employee didn’t give me a friendly or welcoming feeling, even though I smiled and gave a tip.
They only gave me one sandwich, and I paid $19 for just one with fries.
I’ve been here a few times and it was always good, so this made me feel disappointed. Maybe I wasn’t treated the same because I look different — I truly hope that’s not the reason.

Super cute joint for coffee, lunch, working, or meeting up with friends. I came in around 6am to get a coffee and work. Their espresso machine was down so they couldn’t make any of their lattes. They only have drip coffee which takes several minutes to brew. They brought it to my table in the cutest mini coffee pot. Also, their desserts looked AMAZING. I didn’t try them, sadly, but would happily live vicariously through anyone who wanted them because I don’t think desserts that look that good could be bad. Also I’m dieting so hopefully I’m not overestimating these based off a dessert deficiency. Detracted one star because it was freezing in the garage area (plenty of seating here btw) and their music was too loud for 6am.

Pleasant staff, great food. Definitely worth every penny.

Tried the lavender and vanilla latte and avocado toast.

Also the southwest salad is my favorite, it is amazing!

Recently I tried the cold brew chamomile tea with lavender foam and I was amazed at how good it was!!!

Bonus:
The bathrooms are clean and unisex.
