Very busy place but food came fairly quick after they took our order. Food flavor was delicious. We had the special pho, bahn bo hue, original chicken, oyster basil chicken, salt and pepper squid, and the vietnamese coffees. Love how strong the vietnamese coffees were. The pho and Bahn bo hue came with a lot of meat. Perfect portion of noodles and meat ratio. The chickens had a thin layer of batter and my little one loves it! I’d go back again and try other things on their menu.

I LOVE this place!!! I recently moved here from Southern California where there’s tons of amazing Vietnamese food, and this has definitely been my favorite I have had here in the Twin Cities so far! There can sometimes be a short wait on the weekend but it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommend the pho (I don’t get the stone one), fresh spring rolls, and fish sauce wings!

Seated very quickly with menus and water. Wait service was polite, quick, and didnt linger. Menu was large enough for variety, yet small enough to maintain quality. Food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering (husband estimated 5 minutes). Portion sizes werent small in the least. Everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Only complaint is that the seating bordered on cramped, and the restaurant was fairly full when we arrived (making the noise uncomfortable at times). Not the end of the world as we could still hear each other reasonably well.

My friends and I came here for a late lunch and I was happy with it. I can’t remember the names of the food we ordered, however, I liked everything we picked. The steak and egg meal took me back to when I visited Vietnam. Great spices and flavor combinations. The service was ok. Parking sucks.

My partner tried the stone pho.. only con is because of the type of bowl it comes in, he would have to be careful not to burn his fingers while eating lol I cant wait to see how this place is like in the summer once the patio opens!

First time trying this spot and we really enjoyed it. Nice Vietnamese restaurant, delicious traditional food, modern decor, great, fast service. We the had a pork chop broken rice plate and a pork noodle salad, as along with a strawberry punch with popping boba and a Thai tea with crystal boba. Everything was tasty, served hot, cooked well and came out quickly. We will be going back for sure. We went Friday for dinner and it does get quite busy, so either go early or be prepared to wait a little for a table (usually around a 15 minute wait).

My boyfriend and I went for dinner 7 pm Friday. Amazing food! Immediately sat after they cleared a table for us, and service was good! Had some questions and the waiter seemed to not understand what we were saying, so he grabbed another served who I assume was the lead server, and he helped us out, explaining his recommendations! The pad Thai was amazing and so was the stone pho ! Eggrolls were hot and crispy and the limeade was refreshing ! 10/10 making this a regular spot.

The pho broth is not the best but was good. Lots of broth not enough pho noodles. I also added beef rib for $8 and it was disappointing. The beef ribs was dry and hard,hardly any meat on it. When beef sits out too long it becomes dry, dark coloration and hard. As shown on the ribs. I took one bite and couldn’t anymore. Waiter was able to take the ribs off so I wasn’t charged for it.

Foods are always excellent with flavor and balance of protein and herbs. Staff are doing a good job to keep the used dish cart away and in the back. That is really a bug that I could lose my appetite right away. Remind to all patronages from all cultures. This is America, not Europe nor Austria. We Americans show our gratitude to servers who bring the foods to your tables. If you love the foods and service, leave a generous tip to those who are working hard day in and day out to keep you smile and satisfy.

Ordered the special pho. Meat quality is extremely high – ribeye and brisket were tender. Tripe, meatballs, and tendon were great as well. The noodles taste fine and have good texture. Soup is not too greasy and has plenty of flavor without losing taste after cooling down. Freshly cracked pepper rounded out everything else.
Service was good. Very busy on a Wednesday night.
