How did I only take one picture of my ice cream?? Because it’s delicious. I haven’t been up this way in almost 15 years…. But I used to live 20 minutes down the road and I hiked Stone Mountain all the time and look forward to treating myself with ice cream afterwards.
Years past and the service is so welcoming and friendly. They also serve burger/tenders/sandwiches but the kitchen closes at 6 – perfect if you’re camping and just want a meal that you don’t have to prepare.

This place has everything you need after a long hike at Stone Mountain State Park! The cheeseburger w fries was insanely satisfying. Chocolate chip cookie dough and oatmeal cream pie ice cream in a waffle cone ended the meal perfectly! Very nice staff.

This was a neat little stop and has the old country store vibe. They have some supplies for camping/ fishing and some other cool little items as well as food and ice cream.
The staff didn’t really acknowledge we were there ,even when we ordered ice cream. Kind of cold shoulder-like. They weren’t rude just kind of grunted when we ordered our ice cream.

Nice place to stop when in the park nearby. Didn’t get to enjoy a meal, but the ice cream was a nice treat. Comfortable porch to sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet while eating.

This ice cream shop has a variety of different flavors of ice cream to choose from and it is delicious. The prices on their food is reasonable and they have a variety of items at the store to buy. Great place to spend quality time with your family and friends. You will definitely want to come back to this ice cream shop. Sometimes you can caught people playing music on the porch of the ice cream shop. Friendly staff, great food, and wonderful music. This place is very enjoyable and very relaxing place to visit.

Great hospitality and the food was excellent. I love an old country store and it has local jams, soaps, candles and Fudge! If I was a bit more prepared, I would have bought one of the local paintings upstairs. I will be prepared when I come back, and I definitely will. My son and I enjoyed a few days at Stone Mountain Park, and this store was the perfect stop after exerting all our energy around the park. We even played a little checkers game while we waited for our food to be prepared, and the owner gave us some insight on the local Trout fishing in the area. My son says the ice cream was delicious!

Although the menu is limited, the food is made to order. No cold food here at all. The taste is better than a fast food joint. Looks like an old country store, lots of items for sale. From pocket knives to local artisans works. Must visit for everyone.
