I called in and the young lady was super shaky in her voice and quiet, she had me repeat what i wanted 3 times and my phone number twice. I didn’t get a thank you or anything she said it’ll be ready soon and hung up very disappointed, the atmosphere was okay the floors had food on them but not too much. The food was rather cold and messy when i got it. The new owners are hiring anyone at this point very unsatisfied and i asked for normal cut and it was pie.

This was an out of the way hitting the wall. We found it was pretty good. It just took forever to get our food. But once we got it, it was pretty good weird, how you go to the bathroom you turn on the light. And it works both bathrooms, the men and the Web. So if you’re going to the restroom and someone comes out of the other one turns the light off. You’re in the dark really different, but it was a great place.

Take out or delivery. I picked up a take out order of a large veggy pizza (mushroom, green peppers, onions, banana peppers) and an order of lasangna. Pizza was very good great crust, fresh toppings. Lasangna was very good came with a salad.

The KIDS running the place are very rude. I’ve had to talk to the manager twice to vent my frustrations and they’re still rude. I’ve called in and had to listen to them banging on items in the background. Meanwhile, my son (who is 3) is making some noise, because he’s hungry and wants to play, they act like it’s a bother to take my order… Or they have better things to do.
I enjoy the food. And the delivery driver who always comes to our house is amazing. But the people who answer the phones are not nice and they need severe training. It would do them best to learn that, while this is a job, the customer is why you’re there.
I won’t be ordering from them anymore. While they deliver to my rural address, I’ll drive to Utica pizza factory or Nicks. It may be best to drive to Mount Vernon or Newark to get my food and avoid the kids at Stone Brothers.

I ordered the calzone with ham, mozzarella, and ricotta, also a side of jalapeño poppers. The poppers were probably frozen then baked. The calzone is the best option here.

I was looking forward to trying this place after seeing their posts on my local community Facebook page, but I’m not sure that I will be back. The pizza was decent, but had barely any cheese on it, which was disappointing since I ordered (and paid for) extra cheese. The person who took my carry out order seemed to be pretty distracted on the phone. I had to repeat my contact number and my order (for one pizza) twice, and I still did not end up getting what I asked for.

What a difference a year makes. Total 180 from last year. No organization, Eaited 50 minutes for a pizza, and was totally ignored while we waited. I believe i would still be waiting if I hadn’t went up and asked what was taking so long.
Wow, what a pleasant experience. This was our first time here and we did not know what to expect. There was plenty on the menu to choose from and the prices were what we would have expected. The food was very good and we were served our food quicker than expected. There is plenty of comfortable seating and parking is not a problem. Although not paved, there is ample parking and near there building. What really impressed us was the people. Friendly, helpful, and attentive. We will definitely be back and gladly recommend Stone Brothers to everyone.

We really gave the new owners a fair try. The first pizza was very good. The next three times we ordered went from bad to worse. Definitely not the original Stone bros quality.
