There’s something to be said for feeling at home even when you’re out on the town. We’d like to think Stomping Grounds Grille is the embodiment of that feeling. It’s that cozy Cape Cod cuisine you’ve grown to love with a funky, creative vibe. We wanted to create a space that we enjoy being in every day and then, by doing what we love, share it with everyone else. There are always good tunes to be heard as soon as you walk in, including a record player in the back dining room for those who want the full interactive experience…order a drink, put on an old favorite, sit back and we’ll take care of the rest.
Warm, funky eatery specializing in seafood plates & salads alongside live music, beers & wine.

I chose this place because it’s a house with tables set it two room. I loved the idea the food was alright, the fillet minion was very soft it would melt in your mouth. the new York steak wasn’t cooked well also lots of fat but the waitress noticed without saying a word and didn’t bill me for it. The staff was great, welcoming and friendly. For Drinks I got the Mexican cousin solid 7.5 Great experience highly recommend.
200 hundred yr old home, turned to tiney 38 max ppl restaurant. Using only two small dining rooms, reservation suggested.
Dinner selections were amazing and food was phenomenal!
Stomping Grounds Grille had excellent service and absolutely delicious food.
we started our lunch with the bake stuffed scallop which was delicious. then we moved onto Charlie’s chowder which my friends and I agree that was one of the best chowders we ever had and we have tried many many chowders (my goal is to make a perfect chowder in a bread bowl) iThe chowder was fantastic. We also had the mussels, and shrimp cocktail . All delicious. I absolutely loved the lobster roll.; after all this food, we were stuffed.
So for the big question…would we go back there again ? We all agreed that we ABSOLUTELY WOULD GO BACK AGAIN (but i think i would order less food… we were starving and went alittle overboard on ordering food but it was so DELICIOUS we finished it all
by the way, this restaurant is owned by a mom and her son. whatever they are doing, don’t change your formula because it REALLY works…everything was SPOT ON !
I tried a lemon drop martini and I have to admit it was the best one I have had since a trip to Italy.
Can’t wait to go back. Loved all the old memorabilia of the oldies but goodies of true music.
