We came here on a Friday morning they had an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, white gravy, chocolate gravy, potatoes, biscuits you can get pancakes as well it was great highly recommended if you want a good breakfast get place to eat service was amazing.

I have only eaten at the Stockyard Cafe one time and that was for breakfast. The staff was very friendly but I was not impressed with the food. I ordered the biscuit and gravy with a side of sausage. My biscuit was a little burned on the bottom and the gravy had too much flour in it. When they brought my food out it was barely warm. My waitress was very nice and took it back to reheat it for me. I may give them another chance sometime but I will definitely order something different.

Went there for lunch . The food was great but had a problem with babys and small children running around the kitchen, playpen set up in kitchen ? Play toys scattered around . Not only is it dangerous for children,but how does that pass inspection. Need to get a baby sitter and keep children at home

Very bad food taters where plain ,cream corn had a bad taste , catfish was plain batter no fish inside, cheeseburger was from a frozen Patty. Bathroom was nasty. Tables where dirty food still on them. Very disappointed in this restaurant.

Went to the Stockyard Cafe in Lafayette Friday morning. This restaurant is at the cattle auction site. One would think that a restaurant that feeds hungry ranchers would be awesome! When our plates come out and I saw them I was immediately dissappointed! McDonalds formed hashbrowns! The thinnest cut bacon I have ever seen, you could read print through it! How do screw up 3 over easy eggs? It appeared they used over half the egg whites from each egg for something else as it sure was NOT cooked with my egg yolk! I will never go there again! Terrible restaurant!
